المستخلص: School violence is a worrying phenomenon, because it directly affects people who bear its effects, as well as the school environment when it translates into aggressive behaviors which are sometimes difficult to explain. Violence currently manifests in a contextual form supported by a social reality, where we sometimes find serious incidents which cause concern to the educational institution. The aim of this article is to study the mechanisms which enable us to combat all forms of violence in our society, including violence in urban school settings. This problem invites us today to analyze this phenomenon from a sociological perspective, where we will try to answer the main questions of our research. They are: Does the school produce its own manifestations of violence, or is it just a victim or even innocent of the violence present in the society, from which it cannot escape its consequences? What are the social and institutional consequences of school violence? How can this phenomenon be combated?

العنف المدرسي ظاهرة. مقلقة، لأنها تضر مباشرة بالأشخاص الذين يتحملون آثارها، وكذلك بالمحيط المدرسي عندما تترجم إلى سلوكيات عدوانية يصعب تفسيرها أحيانا. يظهر العنف حاليا على شكل موضعي مدعوم بواقع اجتماعي، أين نجد فيه أحيانا حوادث خطيرة تثير قلق المؤسسة التربوية. إن الهدف من هذا المقال هو دراسة الآليات التي تسمح لنا بمحاربة جميع أشكال العنف في مجتمعنا، بما في ذلك العنف الموجود في الوسط المدرسي الحضري. تدعونا هذه الإشكالية اليوم إلى تحليل هذه الظاهرة من منظور سوسيولوجي، أين سنحاول الإجابة على الأسئلة الرئيسية في بحثنا وهي: هل تفرز المدرسة مظاهر من العنف خاصة بها، أم أنها مجرد ضحية أو أكثر من ذلك بريئة من العنف الموجود في المجتمع، لا يمكن لها الهروب منه؟ ما هي العواقب الاجتماعية والمؤسساتية للعنف المدرسي؟ وكيف يمكن مكافحة هذه الظاهرة؟

La violence scolaire est un phénomène inquiétant, elle est directement préjudiciable aux personnes qui la subissent, et au cadre scolaire lorsqu'elle se traduit par des comportements agressifs parfois difficile à expliquer. Elle est actuellement à la mode, alimenté par une actualité où les incidents, parfois graves et qui suscitent la légitime inquiétude de l’institution scolaire.
L’objectif de cet article est d’étudier les mécanismes qui nous permettent de lutter contre toutes formes de violence dans notre société, notamment celle qui se manifeste en milieu scolaire urbain. Une telle problématique, nous invitons aujourd’hui à traiter ce phénomène d’un point de vue quasiment sociologique où nous tenterons de répondre aux questions principales de notre recherche: L’école sécrète-t-elle ses propres manifestations de violence ou n’est-elle que la victime impuissante, sinon innocente, d’une violence sociale généralisée à laquelle elle ne saurait échapper ? Quelles sont les conséquences sociales et institutionnelles de la violence scolaire? Et comment peut-on lutter contre ce phénomène?
