This research deals with a highly important topic, which is one of the most dangerous topics related to scientific research, namely plagiarism, which is defined as “any use of words and ideas of others or imitate them without a license and presenting it as the creation of the impersonator”, Plagiarism is one of the most prominent forms of scientific dishonesty common in academia. This article takes a closer look at this dangerous and growing phenomenon. It provides a brief and thorough explanation of scientific robbery, and it discovers academic forms of theft and enumerates its types and The reasons leading to the theft on what others has found, reveals legal methods to combat this phenomenon, and modern scientific methods to detect it. The aim of all this is to alert the seriousness of this phenomenon and to raise public awareness of the danger posed by the phenomenon of scientific thefts. In the end, we conclude solutions to address them, to produce high quality and effective research, achieving the desired benefit, thus contributing to the improvement of sound scientific production. Our research offers several recommendations dat will reduce the spread of this phenomenon. Le plagiat c’est l’utilisation des termes ou des idées des autres ou les simuler sans autorisation, les présenter comme l’invention du plagiaire, c’est un aspect de déloyauté scientifique le plus fréquent dans les milieux académiques. Cet article montre une recherche approfondie de ce phénomène grave et croissant en nombre, il donne une clarification complète et brève du vol scientifique qui présente l’un des aspects du vol académique, ses types, ses causes, les moyens juridiques pour la lutte de ce phénomène et les méthodes scientifiques modernes pour le découvrir. Le but c’est de montrer la gravité de ce phénomène, d’augmenter le niveau de conscience chez les gens de ce danger. En fin, nous arrivons à trouver des solutions capables de traiter ce phénomène en produisant des recherches de qualité et efficaces pour obtenir ce but, ce qui résulte la croissance de production scientifique sain et donner des précautions pour limiter ces crimes au futur. يعالج هذا البحث موضوعا على درجة عالية من الأهمية، وهو واحد من أخطر الموضوعات المتصلة بالبحث العلمي، الا وهو الانتحال الذي يعرف " بأنه كل استخدام لألفاظ وأفكار للغير أو محاكاتها بدون رخصة، وطرحها على أنها من ابتكار المنتحل"، ويعد الانتحال من أبرز أشكال عدم الأمانة العلمية شيوعا في الوسط الأكاديمي ويستعرض هذا المقال نظرة فاحصة لهذه الظاهرة الخطيرة والمتزايدة، إذ يتناول إيضاحا موجزا ووافيا عن السطو العلمي، ويفصح عن أشكال السرقة الأكاديمية، ويعدد أنواعها، والأسباب المؤدية للإغارة على ما توصل إليه الأخرون، ويكشف الأساليب القانونية لمحاربة هذه الظاهرة، والطرق العلمية الحديثة للكشف عنها. والهدف من كل ذلك التنبيه على خطورة هذه الظاهرة، والرفع من مستوى الوعي لدى الناس للخطر الذي تمثله ظاهرة السرقات العلمية. نخلص في النهاية إلى الحلول الكفيلة بمعالجتها، لننتج أبحاثا ذات جودة عالية وفعالة، محققة الفائدة المرجوة منها، بما يسهم في الارتقاء بالإنتاج العلمي السليم، ويقدم بحثنا عديد التوصيات التي من شأنها الحد من انتشار هذه الظاهرة. |
