|f The privatisation of the public economic institution is an economic imperative and as a political option adopted by the Algerian State following the transformation of the market economy system. This has been supported by the promulgation of Ordinance No. 22 – 95 on the privatization of the public economic institution, as well as the promulgation of Ordinance No. 04 – 01 concerning the organization of public economic institutions and their privatisation.\nAlthough privatisation is an economic imperative, this can be hampered by the economic demobilization of workers. Therefore, legal protection for workers must be provided in the light of this economic demobilization following the privatization of this institution.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018

|a تعتبر خوصصة المؤسسة العمومية الاقتصادية حتمية اقتصادية وكخيار سياسـي انتهجته الدولة الجزائرية إثر التحول لنظام اقتصاد السوق ، وقد تدعم ذلك من خلال صدور الأمر 95-22 المتعلق بخوصصة المؤسسة العمومية الاقتصادية، وكذلك صدور الأمر 01-04 يتعلق بتنظيم المؤسسات العمومية الاقتصادية وخوصصتها.\n فرغم أن الخوصصة تعتبر حتمية اقتصادية إلا أن ذلك يمكن أن يصطدم بعائق التسريح الاقتصادي للعمال. لذا لابد مـن وجـود حماية قانونية للعمال في ظل هذا التسريح الاقتصادي إثر خوصصة هـذه المؤسسة.

|d La privatisation des entreprises publique économique est considérée une exigence économique et choix politique prix par l’état algérien selon le changement du système de l’économie du marché , et il est soutenu par l’ordonnance 95-22 relative à la privatisation des entreprises publiques économiques , Aussi bien que l’ordonnance 01-04 relative à l’organisation des entreprises publiques économiques .\n Malgré que la privatisation considérée une exigence économique , mai cela peut affronter l’obstacle de licenciement économique des travailleur . Pour cela il doit y avoir une protection légale aux travailleurs dans le cadre de démobilisation économique relativement à la privatisation de cette entreprise .
