This study seeks to assess the documentation standards in published scientific research with the Arabic language in the Journal of Hadramout University of humanity Science as well as the hard work to modify the approved deployment instructions in the scientific journal at the University of Hadramout for Humanities as well as the study of the obstacles and the problems that plaguing out effective solutions to serve the Scientific Publications in Hadramout university. Researchers have used the descriptive approach in the study and underwent two questionnaires to the numbers of the Hadramout University magazine for two consecutive years (from 3122 to 3125) within the deliberate selected sample of (5) volumes include (9) Issues which include (212) scientific judged study with the Arabic language in the Journal of Hadramout University for Humanities as well as a descriptive analysis. The important results are as follows; 1. The researchers committed in the Journal of Hadramout University of humanity Science with: the clarity of the title and its association with the search, ease of language they write in the title, expressing the problem's title of the study and determined it. The researchers in the Journal of Hadramout University of humanity Science do not abide with: clearly independent and dependent variables and interdependent them with the title, and accuracy in the formulation of the title and that the title is modern in their search, which belongs to him. 2. The researchers committed in the Journal of Hadramout University of humanity Science with: documenting references as stated in the terms of the magazine documenting depends in the board search depends on the margins, they refer to the Arab references are good enough; the suitability references studies to their studies. The researchers in the Journal of Hadramout University of humanity Science do not abide with: using APA documentation system, refer to the foreign references well and homogeneity of authentication methods and accuracy in documentation and references, using recent studies documenting sources in the text on the basis of (name, year) rely on authentication piece of information. 3. There are no significant differences at the level of significance (1.16= α) for authentication due to the variable number of the magazine. 4. There are no significant differences at the level of significance ( 1.16= α) for authentication due to the variable field of study. 5. There are differences statistically significant at the level of significance ( 1.16= α) for authentication due to the variable number of researchers between (individual and team) in favor of (the team). 6. There are differences statistically significant at the level of significance ( 1.16= α) for authentication due to the variable kind of researchers between (the experimental and another) in favor of (the experimental). The study recommended a number of recommendations including; 1. Encourage the foreign and private exhibitions of Arab and international for the sale of the scientific journal issues and then stimulate other universities to participate later in this magazine. 2. Work on building institutions within the universities concerned with the scientific publishing in terms of attracting material and moral support and as a link between the magazine and upper bodies. 3. Work on building a traditional mail system and private Scientific Journals far from random and relying on the university mail that may not be fast enough to deliver scientific research and the consequent delays and electronics.
