المستخلص: There is a French proverb that “the owner of the information is the owner of power.” Therefore, today, there is an urgent need to identify the most important means of transmitting and disseminating information under social media sites which were the result of technology, communication, and media coming together, therefore earning it a critical international social position. This led to powerful countries seeking to employ these social sites to threaten the national security and social stability of the nations.

هناك مثل فرنسي مفاده "أن مالك المعلومة مالك للسلطة " وعليه فاليوم هناك حاجة ملحة للوقوف على أهم وسيلة لنقل المعلومة ونشرها بفضل مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي التي كانت نتيجة للتزاوج بين التقنية ووسائل الاتصال و الإعلام، هذا ما اكسبها مكانة اجتماعية دولية مهمة، وهذا ما أدى إلى سعي الدول القوية لتوظيف هذه المواقع الاجتماعية لتهديد الأمن القومي والاستقرار الاجتماعي للدول.

Il y’a un proverbe français mentionne que « celui qui détient l’information détient le pouvoir», aujourd'hui, il y a un besoin d'identifier un moyen très important qui sert à transférer l'information grâce à des sites de réseaux sociaux qui ont été le résultat du mariage entre la technologie, moyens de communication et les médias, voici ce que lui a valu un statut social international important, et ce qui a conduit les grandes puissances à employer ces sites sociaux pour menacer la sécurité nationale et la stabilité sociale des États.
