المستخلص: The aim of this research was to find out the relationship between personality traits according to Eizenk, monotheism and pluralism in thinking among a sample of students of Al-Baath University. The study sample consisted of (174) male and female students (86) males and (88) females. The researcher was used the Personality Scale, according to Eisenk, Monograms and Pluralism in Thinking by Al-Ahmad (2014). The results of the study showed that the attribute of is tonicity is positively correlated with pluralism in thinking Associated with the trait of personality and the attribute of psychosis A negative correlation is linked to pluralism in thinking. The results also showed statistically significant differences between males and females in the diastolic attribute in favor of males there were statistically significant differences between males and females in the trait of personality and personality traits in favor of females. There were statistically significant differences between males and females in the monochromatic and pluralistic scales of thinking in favor of males.

هدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين سمات الشخصية وفق آيزنك والأحادية والتعددية في التفكير لدى عينة من طلاب جامعة البعث، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (174) طالبا وطالبة، (86) ذكور، و (88) إناث، استخدم في البحث مقياس سمات الشخصية وفق آيزنك الذي قامت بتقنينه على عينة من طلبة جامعة البعث لعام (2018)، ومقياس الأحادية والتعددية في التفكير إعداد الأحمد (2014)، أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن سمة الانبساطية ترتبط ارتباط موجب بالتعددية في التفكير، وكل من سمتي العصابية والذهانية ترتبط ارتباط سالب بالتعددية في التفكير. وأظهرت النتائج أيضا وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكور والإناث في سمة الانبساطية لصالح الذكور وسمتي العصابية والذهانية لصالح الإناث. وبينت وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكور والإناث في مقياس الأحادية والتعددية في التفكير لصالح الذكور الذين كانوا أكثر تعددية.
