|a استطاعت السياسة النقدية ووفقا للعديد من المقاربات أن تواجه ظاهرة التضخم في العديد من الدول المتقدمة والنامية على حد سواء، حيث تمكنت السلطات النقدية من تحقيق الاستقرار في الأسعار بعد ضبطها لمحددات الظاهرة التضخمية وكذا حيازتها لمعيار مهم من الاستقلالية؛ لذلك اهتم هذا البحث بعرض أربع قواعد استراتيجية مارستها السلطات النقدية وهى: الاستهداف النقدي، تثبيت سعر الصرف، استهداف التضخم وكذا السياسة النقدية من دون أي مثبت اسمي صريح، حيث استطاعت من خلالها أن تبلغ هدف استقرار الأسعار ولكن في ظل شروط معينة تبرز فعالية السياسة النقدية في المدى القصير، المتوسط و الطويل.

|d Beaucoup de pays développés et en voie de développement ont axé leur politique monétaire sur la réalisation de taux d’inflation équivalant (ou presque) à la stabilité des prix, dont cette étude s’intéresse à vérifier l’efficacité de la politique monétaire dans le court, moyen et long terme d’après quatre règles stratégiques de la banque centrale : la fixation des taux de change, le ciblage monétaire, le ciblage d’inflation et la politique monétaire sans une cible explicite.

|f Monetary policy, according to many approaches, was able to face the phenomenon of inflation in many developed and developing countries alike. Monetary authorities managed to stabilize prices after adjusting the parameters of the inflationary phenomenon as well as having an important criterion of independence. Therefore, this research focused on the presentation of four strategic rules practised by monetary authorities: monetary targeting, exchange rate stabilization, Inflation targeting as well as monetary policy without any explicit nominal fixation. It has managed to reach the price stabilization objective, but under certain conditions, the effectiveness of monetary policy in the short, medium and long term is highlighted.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
