المستخلص: جاءت دراستنا " تسعي دراستنا لكشف الغطاء عن معاناة فئة من المهنيين وهم الممرضين العاملين في مصالح الاستعجالات بالمؤسسات الاستشفائية العمومية نظرا لشدة الضغوط التي يتعرضون لها يوميا، محاولة منا لتغيير نظرة المجتمع التي يحملها عنهم وذلك بإعطاء صورة أصدق وأوضح وحتى أكثر إنسانية، قد تمنحهم فرصة لتحاشى الإصابة بالاحتراق النفسي أو التخفيف من حدته، من خلال عزل أحد أسباب الإصابة به وهي نقص الدعم الاجتماعي ومساندة الأخرين، كما تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستويات الاحتراق النفسي الذي يعان منه ممرضي مصلحة الاستعجالات بالمستشفى الجامعي تيجان دمرجي –تلمسان- نظرا للضغوطات التي تفرضها عليهم طبيعة مهنة التمريض وذلك من خلال إيجاد العلاقة بينها وبين بعض المتغيرات الديمغرافية: الجنس والحالة الاجتماعية.
فاشتملت عينة البحث على 36 ممرضا منهم 12 إناث و24 ذكور اختيروا بطريقة عشوائية، واستخدمنا مقياس ماسلاك وجاكسون (1981) لحساب شدة الاحتراق النفسي، وقد أشارت النتائج إلى أن الممرضين يعانون من مستوى عال من الاحتراق النفسي، كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكور والإناث من المرضين لصالح الذكور. كما أظهرت النتائج فروقا ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية وذلك لصالح الممرضين غير المتزوجين.

Notre étude a été conçue pour divulguer la souffrance des infirmiers des services des urgences médicales à l’hôpital Tidjani Damerdji de la ville de Tlemcen qui subissent beaucoup de stress auquel ils sont soumis chaque jour, et est une tentative de changer la vision de la société vis-à-vis les infirmiers en donnant une image plus clair et même plus humaine d’eux en mettant à la lumière une des causes du burnout à savoir le manque du soutien social.
L'étude vise donc à faire découvrir le niveau du burnout chez les infirmiers en raison de la pression qui leur est imposée par la nature humaine de leur profession en cherchant à trouver la relation entre le niveau du burnout et certaines variables démographiques: le sexe et le statut social. L'échantillon comprenait 36 infirmiers, dont 12 femmes et 24 hommes sélectionnés au hasard. Pour cela nous avons utilisé l’échelle de Maslach et Jackson (1981) pour calculer le degré du burnout. Les résultats indiquent que les infirmiers des services des urgences médicales à l’hôpital Tidjani Damerdji de la ville de Tlemcen souffrent d’un niveau élevé du burnout, et indiquent qu'il existe des différences statistiquement significatives entre les infirmiers masculins et féminins en faveur des hommes. Les résultats ont également montré des différences statistiquement significatives en raison de la variable de la situation sociale en faveur des infirmiers non mariés.

Our study seeks to uncover the suffering of a group of professionals, namely nurses working in emergency services in public hospital institutions due to the severity of the pressures they face daily, in an attempt to change the perception of society that it holds about them. This is by giving an honest, clearer and even more humane picture, it may give them a chance to avoid or mitigate psychological combustion, by isolating one of the causes of its injury, namely the lack of social support and the support of others. The study also aims to reveal the levels of psychological combustion suffered by the emergency department nurses at the Tidjani Damerji University Hospital in Tlemcen Due to the pressures imposed on them by the nature of the nursing profession by finding the relationship between them and certain demographic variables: gender and marital status.
The research sample included 36 nurses, 12 of whom were females and 24 males who were randomly selected. We used the Maslach and Jackson scale (1981) to calculate the intensity of psychological combustion. The results indicated that nurses suffer from a high level of psychological combustion and that there are statistically significant differences between male and female nurses in favour of males. The results also showed statistically significant differences attributed to the marital status variable in favour of single nurses.
