المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى تعرف علاقة التربية الجمالية (الفنية-الموسيقية) ببعض سمات الشخصية المبدعة عند معلمي مرحلة التعليم الأساسي-حلقة أولي -في مدينة القنيطرة حيث تم اختيار عينة عشوائية مؤلفة من (150) معلما ومعلمة من مدارس التعليم الأساسي. حلقة أولى في مدينة القنيطرة، وتم إعداد استبانة موجهة للمعلمين للتعرف إلى آرائهم عن علاقة التربية الجمالية ببعض سمات الشخصية المبدعة. وقد توصل البحث إلى مجموعة نتائج منها وجود فروق بين متوسطات إجابات أفراد عينة البحث من المعلمين على استبانة البحث تعزى إلى متغير التوصيف الوظيفي لصالح المعلمين المختصين. وعدم وجود فروق بين متوسطات إجابات أفراد عينة البحث من معلمي الصف ومعلمي الاختصاص على استبانة البحث تعزى إلى متغير الجنس. وتم التوصل إلى بعض المقترحات التي تؤكد على ضرورة إعادة النظر في المناهج الدراسية من ناحية البعد الجمالي والتركيز أكثر على الجوانب الإبداعية من قبل واضعي المناهج بما يسهم في تنمية الشخصية الإبداعية عند الأطفال وإعادة النظر في برامج إعداد معلمي التربية الفنية والموسيقية بصورة تنمي الجانب الإبداعي عنده لأن فاقد الشيء لا يعطيه.

This current research aims at recognizing teachers' perceptions for the relation of the aesthetic education (the artistic- musical) with the features of the creative personality of the primary education students - First circle- in Qunaiterah city. A random sample of 150 male and female teachers from the primary education schools - first circle from Qunaiterah schools has been chosen and a questionnaire has been prepared for them to recognize their perceptions about the relation of the aesthetic education with some features of the creative personality. The research has concluded a set of results including that there are differences between the averages of the individuals' answers of the research sample teachers over the research questionnaire are due to the variable of the functional characterization for the specialist teachers' favor. The non-existence of the differences between the averages research - sample individuals' answers of the elementary school teachers and the specialist teachers over the research questionnaire are due to the genre variable. Some suggestions have been concluded which assure on reviewing the curricula out of the aesthetic perspective and focusing on the creative aspects by the authors of the curricula which contribute to the development of the children's creative personality and reviewing preparation programs of the art and music teachers in a way that develop their creative aspect because you can't get blood out of stones.
