المستخلص: من خلال هذا المقال تطرقنا إلى إشكالية عبارة الفرانكوفونية في جميع أنحاء العالم والتي يسعى إلى تطوير مفهومها مؤخرا خاصة بعد نشر بيان بعنوان من طرف 44 كاتب في أكتوبر 2007 والذي لقي صدى كبير في أوساط الكتاب والطبقات المثقفة «Pour une littérature monde». الهدف من هذا العمل هو تكريس هذه الفكرة في المستقبل والتي تحث أولا وأخيرا على القضاء على العنصرية الثقافية خاصة وعلى الاهتمام بالأدب لما يحمله من قيمة، أسلوب وتأثير على المجتمعات دون التركيز على البطاقة الشخصية للكاتب من مكان الولادة واللغة الأم وغيرها.

In this present work, it will be for us to make the term "world literature" Universal, to hear the voices of writers strangled by injustice of space and culture of birth. In other words, the "world literature" could be a spokesperson for all those who use the French language and who feel inferior position by the writings of French in France. The publication of the manifesto "For a world literature French" signed by 44 writers in October 2007 shook the thoughts that demanded even integrating their Francophone literature in French literature. The objective of this work is to realize this idea in the future through various writings overwhelming racism and opting for the value of things.

Dans ce présent travail, nous voulons participer à rendre l'expression «littérature monde» universelle, de faire entendre les voix des écrivains étranglés par l'injustice de l'espace et la culture de la naissance. En d'autres termes, «la littérature monde » pourrait être une porte parole de tous ceux qui utilisent la langue française et qui se sentent infériorisés par les écrits des Français de France. La publication du manifeste « Pour une littérature monde en français» signé par 44 écrivains, en octobre 2007 a secoué les pensées qui demandaient même l'intégration de leurs littératures francophones au sein de la littérature française. L’objectif de ce travail est de concrétiser à l'avenir cette idée à travers les différents écrits écrasant le racisme et optant pour la valeur des choses.
