المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التحقق من إمكانية التنبوء بقلق المستقبل من خلال متغيري المثابرة والأمل، التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين قلق المستقبل وكلاً من المثابرة والأمل لدى عينة من الهيئة المعاونة (معيدين – مدرسين مساعدين) بالجامعات المصرية؛ لذلك تألفت عينة البحث من (100) معيد ومدرس مساعد من الجنسين، من التخصصات العلمية والأدبية تم اختيارهم من كليات جامعتي عين شمس وحلوان، تتراوح أعمارهم الزمنية بين (23 – 33) عام. وتم استخدام أدوات لجمع معلومات من أفراد عينة البحث وهي مقياس قلق المستقبل (إعداد/ الباحثة)، مقياس المثابرة (إعداد/ الباحثة)، مقياس الأمل (إعداد/ الباحثة). وأسفرت الدراسة عن عدة نتائج هي: وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائياً بين درجات أفراد عينة البحث على كل الأبعاد والدرجة الكلية لمقياس قلق المستقبل والدرجة الكلية لمقياس المثابرة والأمل كلاً على حدة. عدم وجود فروق دالة احصائياً بين متوسطات درجات أفراد العينة وفقاً للتخصص العلمي (علمي – أدبي)، النوع (ذكور – إناث) الدرجة العلمية (معيد – مدرس مساعد) وذلك في كل الأبعاد والدرجة الكلية على مقياس قلق المستقبل. عدم وجود تأثير دال إحصائياً لمتغير التخصص العلمي، النوع، الدرجة العلمية أو التفاعل بين كلاً منهما مثنى مثنى في تباين درجات أفراد عينة البحث على مقياس المثابرة والأمل كلاً على حدة. يمكن التنبوء بقلق المستقبل من خلال متغير المثابرة.

The current research aims to ascertain the possibility of predicting future Anxiety through the variables of Persistence and hope, to identify the nature of the relationship between the anxiety of the future and the persistence and hope of a sample of the Staff- members assistants (Demonstrators and Assistant Instructors) in the Egyptian universities. Therefore, the sample consisted of (100) Demonstrators and Assistant Instructors of both sexes, from the scientific and literary disciplines were selected from the colleges of Ain Shams and Helwan universities, ranging in age between (23 - 33) year. Tools were used to collect information about the members of the research sample, namely the measure of the future anxiety (preparation / researcher), the Persistence scale (preparation / researcher), the hope scale (preparation / researcher). The study resulted in several results: The existence of a positive correlative relation between the scores of the research sample on all dimensions and the total score of the future anxiety measure and the total degree of Persistence and hope separately. There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample according to the scientific specialization (scientific - literary), gender (male - female), degree (Demonstrators and Assistant Instructors) in all dimensions and the total score on the scale of anxiety of the future. There is no statistically significant effect of the variable of scientific specialization, gender, degree or interaction between the two of them in the difference in the scores of the individuals of the research sample on the scale of persistence and hope separately. Predictability of the future through the variables of persistence.
