|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح القيمة السوسيواقتصادية للعمل باعتباره من أهم المرتكزات التي تقوم عليه تنمية المجتمع في مختلف المجالات، إلا أنه نتيجة للتغير الاجتماعي والتحولات التي مست بنية المجتمع الجزائري ومتغيراته الوظيفية، بفعل التطورات التكنولوجية السريعة وكذا التحولات القيمية والثقافية التي أدت إلى بزوغ قيمة مفهوم العمل لدى تفكير الشباب، وتغير رؤيتهم لمجال التنمية الاقتصادية المستدامة مما أدى إلى ظهور إشكالية عزوف الشباب عن العمل في العديد من القطاعات الحيوية عكس ما تتطلبه عملية التنمية الاقتصادية.

|f This study aims to illustrate the socio-economic value of work, as one of the most important pillars upon which the development of society, in various fields, is established upon. However, it is a result of social change and changes affecting the structure and functional variables of Algerian society. It is due to the rapid technological developments, as well as the cultural and value-based transformations, which have led to the emergence of the value of the concept of work within the thinking of young people and has changed their vision towards the area of sustainable economic development. |d Cette étude vise à illustrer la valeur socio-économique du travail comme l'un des piliers les plus importants du développement de la société dans divers domaines, mais à la suite du changement social et des transformations qui ont affecté la structure de la société algérienne et ses variables fonctionnelles, en raison des développements technologiques rapides ainsi que de la valeur et des transformations culturelles qui ont conduit à un affaiblissement valeur du notion de travail dans l'esprit des jeunes, Et changer leur vision pour le domaine du développement économique durable, ce qui a conduit à l'émergence du problème de la réticence des jeunes à travailler Dans de nombreux secteurs vitaux, le contraire de ce que le processus de développement économique exige.
