في ظل الثورة الاتصالية الجديدة التي يعيشها العالم اليوم، وفي عصر ثورة المعرفة وتكنولوجيا الاتصالات التي أصبح العالم فيها قرية واحدة، يشهد العالم تفجرا معرفيا هائلا سواء في تنوع المعارف أو كميتها بشكل مطرد، حتى سمي هذا العصر بعصر التفجر المعرفي، إذ تعد الإنترنت من أبرز هذه المستحدثات التي فرضت نفسها على المستوى العالمي، خلال السنوات القليلة الماضية ، حتى أصبحت أسلوبا للتعامل اليومي، و نمطا للتبادل المعرفي بين شعوب العالم المتقدم، كما أن الانتشار السريع لهذه الشبكة جعلها من أحد معالم العصر الحديث، حتى أن البعض، أطلق عليه عصر الإنترنت أو عصر الثورة المعلوماتية. وقد أكدت أبحاث عديدة الأثر القوي للبحث العلمي في الإنتاج والتطور الاقتصادي والتقدم التقني، فخلف كل مظاهر التقدم هذه، تكمن جهود العلماء الباحثين في مختبراتهم، وإنجازاتهم المبتكرة في كل المجالات، فمؤسسات البحث العلمي تلعب دورا مهما في تطوير الإنشاءات، وضمان نجاح التخطيطات الاقتصادية وتصحيحها وتقييمها، كما تؤدي البحوث إلى حدوث اكتشافات علمية تؤثر في طبيعة فهم الإنسان ونظرته إلى العالم، وفي كشف مناطق جديدة من المعلومات والاحتمالات التطبيقية التي تتحول إلى وسائل وأدوات تكنولوجية للإنتاج و المواصلات و غيرها. إن اعتماد الجامعة على هذه الوسائل قاد إلى تغييرات في الكثير من السياقات التقليدية للمهام الجامعية، وتمثل ذلك في إعادة ابتكار الأنشطة البحثية والتدريسية بواسطة طرق جديدة أتاحها اندماج المعلومات وتكاملها في مواقع إلكترونية يمكن المشاركة فيها، وبات ممكنا في ظل إتباع تلك الطرق، إدخال تغييرات جذرية في طبيعة إدارة شؤون الجامعة، التي أصبحت تعتمد على التكنولوجية العلمية والتقنية المتقدمة، من أجل رسم مسارات تتعلق بجميع الأطراف المعنيين. وعليه فإن دراسة استخدام الإنترنت في البحث العلمي لدى الأساتذة الجامعيين يعد أمرا مهما ضروريا، ومن شأنه أن يسهم في رسم صورة حية للواقع الجامعي في جامعة الجزائر، ويمهد لتطوير السياسة التكنولوجية في التعليم العالي، لهذا تحاول هذه الورقة البحثية التعرف على طبيعة استخدام الأساتذة الجامعيين للإنترنت في البحث العلمي والإشباعات المحققة من هذا الاستخدام.
In the era of the new communication revolution that the world is experiencing today, and in the era of the knowledge revolution and communication technology in which the world has become one village, the world is witnessing a tremendous knowledge explosion, both in the diversity and in the quantity of knowledge, so that this age is called the era of cognitive explosion. The Internet is considered to be one of the most prominent innovations that have imposed themselves globally in the last few years, to become a method of daily dealing and a pattern of knowledge exchange among the people of the world. And the rapid spread of this network has made it one of the features of the modern era, so that some called it the era of the Internet or the era of the information revolution. Several research have confirmed the strong impact of scientific research on production, economic development and technical progress. Behind all these advances are the efforts of scientists in their laboratories and their innovative achievements in all fields. Scientific research institutions play an important role in the development of constructions, research also leads to scientific discoveries that affect the nature of the human understanding of the world around him, and the discovery of new areas of information and practical possibilities that turn into technological means and tools for production, transport and others. The University's adoption of these methods has led to changes in many of the traditional contexts of university functions. This is reflected in the recreation of research and teaching activities through new ways of integrating information and integrating them into websites that can be shared. This has introduced radical changes in the nature of university administration, which have become dependent on advanced scientific and technical technology, to chart paths for all concerned parties. Therefore, the study of the use of Internet in the scientific research by university professors is important and necessary, and will contribute to the drawing of a vivid picture of the university reality at the University of Algeria, and paves the way for the development of technology policy in higher education. This paper attempts to identify the nature of the use of Internet in the scientific research by university professors and the repercussions of this use.
