Through this intervention, we seek to address the situation of machine translation at present to know its role in the development of translation' besides mentioning its positive and negative points whenever the experienced translator or the regular reader who want to save time in completing their works and tasks. In this context, the views have differed between those who support it an those who oppose this way of dealing with the text. There are people who don’t like the machine translation as we find those who can’t do without it. We have tried to refer to the quality standards in computer-assisted translation, and what the reality dictates us from the stakes and challenges on more than one front, then we concluded with a practical study by machine translation of the speech of the US president Barack Obama during the swearing-in ceremony when he won the 2008 presidential election. How was the translation, and what is the fate of the translations similar to that, and in which category can we put them. This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018. نسعى من خلال هذه المداخلة إلى التطرق لوضع الترجمة الآلية في الوقت الراهن لمعرفة دورها في تطوير الترجمة’ مع ذكر ايجابياتها وسلبياتها كلما استعان بها المترجم المحنك أو القارئ العادي الذي يريد ربح الوقت في إنجاز أعماله ومهامه’ وفي هذا الصدد تعددت الآراء واختلفت بين مؤيد ومعارض لهذه الطريقة في التعامل مع النصوص’ فنجد من لا يحبذ الترجمة الآلية كما نجد من لا يستغني عنها. وقد حاولنا الإشارة لمعايير الجودة في الترجمة المدعمة بالحاسوب وما يمليه علينا الواقع المعاش من رهانات وتحديات على أكثر من صعيد’ ثم ختمنا العمل بدراسة تطبيقية لترجمة آلية تتعلق بخطاب الرئيس الأمريكي باراك أوباما أثناء عملية أداء اليمين القانوني عندما فاز في الانتخابات الرئاسية سنة 2008 وكيف كانت الترجمة وما مصير الترجمات التي تشبهها؟ وفي أي خانة يمكن إدراجها؟. En raison du besoin pressant d’intensifier le transfert des connaissances, et cela, au-delà des barrières linquistiques dans une époque où l’information circule a une très grande vitesse, il est tout a fait normal que la traduction automatique fasse l’objet d’un interet grandissant par plusieurs chercheurs et dans differents institutions. Nous cherchons, par cette modeste intervention à mettre en lumière, les problèmes et les objectifs de la traduction automatique, à juger d’après ces critères l’etat actuel de cette discipline, et a tirer des conclusions sur les tendances probables et souhaitable dans ce domaine . |
