المستخلص: This theme addresses a number of fundamental issues that contribute in a profound and effective way to the building of the societies whose systems are not gone and whose impact continues to extend over time. The most prominent of these issues is science and knowledge because knowledge can only be achieved by science, and science can only be achieved by reading, and reading of all kinds is key to science. The Arabs were in blind ignorance that reached the degrees of absurd, frivolity, cruelty and decadence, yet they were told nothing but to read and reflect on the kingdom of heaven and earth and whatever is between them. Since there is no power and no guidance except by science and knowledge, and there is no leadership in the world except by the power of science, research, and inventory, it was worth, for the author of the “scientific message” to focus his attention on the scientific issue as a number of the great equation in the right life and building strong societies, so he wrote a special book which he named “the scientific message.” The idea is based mainly on tracking the fingerprints of the researcher in the field of science through his intellectual guidance, scientific messages, and new concepts that he deems most appropriate for building the state of the science. The researcher has tried to address a number of critical issues that contribute to building strong societies that can hear her voice and make their people happy, and we will focus on the most important ones which include: science and its civilizational value in building the individual, society and nation, call to keep up with the times and the requirements of life and striving to achieve renaissance, call for innovation and renewal and getting rid of the resurgence of the discourse of the predecessors, call for fighting pests and distortions and confronting destructive ideas with the overwhelming argument, and linking all issues to the Hereafter and the reward of Almighty Allah. The scientific value of the subject and its research is to uncover the prospects of the author of the scientific message and his awareness of the methods of ongoing civilizational conflict, which is based initially on all kinds of power, (And prepare against them what force you can), including the power of science and technological research, it also indicates his profound vision and the predictability of the living future of the Muslims when they adhere to the laws of Allah and are guided by the Sunnah of His Noble Messenger (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). Based on the nature of the topic we have chosen, we believe it is necessary scientifically and methodically to take into account the features of the descriptive method that investigates the merits of the subject, tracks its parts and brings together its pieces in order to complete the comprehensive picture of the basic scientific concepts advocated by the researcher. There is no doubt that the conclusion we would like to get is to find out the safest way and the surest mechanisms to build a modern, secure and reassuring state through the prescribed Islamic guidelines.

يتناول موضوعنا هذا عددا من القضايا الأساسية التي تسهم بطريقة عميقة وفعالة في بناء المجتمعات التي لا تزول أنظمتها، ويظل أثرها ممتدا عبر الزمن الممتد. وأبرز تلك القضايا العلم والمعرفة، لأن المعرفة لا تكون إلا بالعلم، ولا يكون العلم إلا بالقراءة، والقراءة على أنواعها مفتاح العلوم. ولقد كان العرب في جاهلية عمياء وصلت إلى درجات السفاهة والتفاهة والقسوة والانحطاط، ومع ذلك لم يؤمروا بشيء إلا بالقراءة والتأمل في ملكوت السموات والأرض وما بينهما. وبما أنه لا قوة ولا هداية إلا بالعلم والمعرفة، ولا ريادة في العالم إلا بقوة العلم والبحث والاختراع، كان جديرا بصاحب "الرسالة العلمية" أن ينصبّ اهتمامه على المسألة العلمية كرقم من أرقام المعادلة الكبرى في الحياة الصحيحة وبناء المجتمعات القوية. لذلك ألّف مسندا خاصا أسماه "الرسالة العلمية". وتقوم الفكرة أساسا على تتبع بصمات الباحث في مجال العلم من خلال توجيهاته الفكرية ورسائله العلمية والمفاهيم الجديدة التي يراها أنسب لبناء دولة العلم. وقد حاول الباحث تناول جملة من القضايا الأساسية تسهم في بناء المجتمعات القوية التي تستطيع أن تسمع صوتها وتسعد شعوبها، وسنركز على أهمها، وهي: العلم وقيمته الحضارية في بناء الفرد والمجتمع والأمة، الدعوة إلى مواكبة العصر ومقتضيات الحياة والاجتهاد في تحقيق النهضة، الدعوة إلى الابتكار والتجديد والتخلص من اجترار خطاب السابقين، الدعوة إلى محاربة الآفات والانحرافات الفكرية والتصدي للأفكار الهدامة بالحجة الدامغة، ربط القضايا كلها بالآخرة وثواب الله عز وجل. وتكتسي القيمة العلمية للموضوع والبحث فيه في الكشف عن الكشف عن آفاق صاحب الرسالة العلمية وإدراكه بأساليب الصراع الحضاري المستمر الذي يقوم بداية على القوة بأنواعها، ﴿وأعدوا لهم ما استطعتم من قوّة﴾ ومن ذلك قوة العلم والبحث التكنولوجي، كما تدل على عمق رؤيته واستشراف المستقبل الحي للمسلمين حين يلتزمون شرع الله ويهتدون بسنة رسوله الكريم صلى الله عليه وسلم. وبناء على طبيعة الموضوع الذي اخترناه رأينا من الضروري علميا ومنهجيا أن نأخذ في هذه القراءة بمعالم المنهج الوصفي الذي يستقصي حيثيات الموضوع ويتتبع جزئياته ويجمع شتاته بغية اكتمال الصورة الشاملة للمفاهيم العلمية الأساسية التي دعا إليها الباحث. ولا شك أن الخلاصة التي نود الوصول إليها هو معرفة الطريق الأسلم والآليات الأضمن لبناء دولة عصرية آمنة مطمئنة من خلال التوجيهات الإسلامية المنصوص عليها.
