المستخلص: تعتبر المخطوطات سجل الأمم ومرآة أفكارها وعلومها، فهي من أهمِّ المصادر التي لا غِنى للباحث عنها لدِراسة أيّ جانِبٍ من جوَانب الحياة العِلْميّة والأدبية والثقافية لبَلَدٍ أو أمَّة ما. والمُؤْسِف أنَّ كثيرا من تُراثنا الجزائري المخطوط لا يزال مجهولا ، بالرَّغم من نَشْر جُزء غير يسير منْه، ونعْنِي هُنا ما نُشِر نشْرًا علميًّا لا ما نُشِر نشرًا تِجاريا، فالجزائر تزخر بثرْوةٍ علميَّة كبيرة في مُختلف المجالات والعُلوم، والمخطوطات التي تمثل هذا التُّراث لا يزال جزء عظيم منها مُشَتَّت في زوايا ورفوف المكتبات العامَّة والخاصَّة، وبعضها مُكدَّس في الأقْبِيَة والكتاتيب مُمَلّكة لمن لا يعرف قِيمَتها، وكثير من هذه المخطوطات عُرْضة للإهْمال والنِّسْيان في انتظار من ينتشلها من ظُلمات الخزائِن وعَوامل التَّلَف.
فهذا البحث هو مُحاولة لرَصْد المخطوطات الجزائريَّة في بعض المكتبات والخزائن في المملكة المغربية، وذلك لتعريف الباحثين بأماكِن تواجدها وتَحْفيزهم على الاطِّلاع عليها وربَّما تحقيقها ونشرها وإخراجها لطلبة العلم والباحثين في التُّراث الجزائري. وسأُحاول تقْدِيم أسماء المكتبات والمراكز التي وقفت عليها أو تناهت إلينا أخبار عنها.
وقد عَنْونت بحْثي بعنوان: (المخْطُوطَات الجَزَائريَّة في مَكتَبَات و خَزَائِن الممْلَكة المَغْربيَّة)

Manuscripts represent the record of nations and the mirror of their thoughts and sciences, as they represent the most important sources which are indispensable to the researcher, in respect to studying any aspect from among the aspects of scientific, literary and cultural life of a particular land or people. It is unfortunate that much of our Algerian manuscript heritage remains unknown, despite the publication of a significant amount of it. Here, we are referring to what has been published as a scientific publication and not what was published as a commercial publication. That is because Algeria possesses a great knowledge-based wealth in various fields and areas of knowledge, and the manuscripts, which represent this heritage, are still a great part of it, and are scattered across the corners and shelves of public and private libraries. However, some of them are piled up in basements and vaults owned by those who do not know their true worth or value, whilst many of these manuscripts are subject to neglect and being forgotten waiting for someone to rescue them from the darkness of storage facilities and from the effects of damage.
This research is an attempt to gather information about the Algerian manuscripts in some of the libraries and storage places of the Kingdom of Morocco and that is to inform the researchers of the locations and provide them with the incentive to look into them and perhaps procure them, publish them and provide them to students of knowledge and those who research Algerian heritage. I will attempt to provide the names of the libraries and centers that I have come across or have succeeded in hearing about.
My research has been entitled: “Algerian manuscripts in the libraries and storage facilities of the Kingdom of Morocco”.
