المستخلص: Legal frameworks govern the obligation to media in the medical field. Legal texts, jurisprudence, and even the Universal Declaration of Human Rights all fall into the same direction and aim to fulfill this obligation because it is a way to find out the medical facts that make it possible to bring the patient closer to the doctor and make the medical-technical rules known as unobtrusive, which creates parity between two centers, a strong center, and a weak center. This information is therefore accessible to the patient for examination and evaluation, so as to prevent from himself what would harm the integrity of his body, and his personal conviction in making a final decision between accepting treatment or refusing it.

l'engagement à l'information publique dans le domaine médical est régie par des cadres réglementaires, dans les textes juridiques et les interprétations judiciaires et même la Déclaration universelle des droits de l'homme sont tous coule dans la bouche d'un but, y compris la réalisation de cet engagement, car il est un moyen de connaître les faits médicaux qui permet au patient de plus près chez le médecin et faire des règles techniques et médicaux connus est caché ambigu, qui crée la parité entre les deux centre fort et faible, et donc de telles informations soient disponibles pour le patient pour examen et Amahsa, même exclure pour lui-même ce qui serait préjudiciable à la sécurité de son corps, et ont la conviction personnelle de prendre une décision finale entre accepter un traitement ou rejeté.

يحكم الالتزام بالإعلام في المجال الطبي أطر قانونية فالنصوص القانونية والاجتهادات القضائية وحتى الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان كلها تصب في مصب واحد الهدف منها إحقاق هذا الالتزام، لأنه وسيلة لمعرفة الحقائق الطبية التي تمكن من تقريب المريض من الطبيب وتجعل القواعد الفنية الطبية معروفة غير خفية ملتبسة، مما يخلق التكافؤ بين مركزين مركز قوي ومركز ضعيف، وبالتالي تكون تلك المعلومات في متناول المريض ليتفحصها ويمحصها، حتى يستبعد عن نفسه ما من شأنه أن يضر سلامة جسده، ويكون قناعته الشخصية في اتخاذ قرار نهائي بين قبول العلاج أو رفضه.
