من خلال هذا البحث نجد أن سورة النساء قد احتوت على هدايات عظيمة، وإرشادات جليلة، نظمت بها حياة المسلم، وما يجب عليه من حقوق لذوي قرابته وأرحامه، التي أمر الله جل وعلا بها، ونهى عن التقصير في القيام بها عن قطعها، وقد جاءت افتتاحية السورة بالتذكير بتقوى الله تعالى وأهميتها، وأنه تعالى خالق البشر من نفس واحدة وخلق منها زوجها، تذكيرا لهم بأهمية البر والصلة للأقارب والأرحام، وحثا على برهم، والإحسان إليهم، وفي هذا البحث؛ نجد أهمية البر والصلة للأقارب والأرحام، وفضل ذلك وماله من أجر عظيم عند الله تعالى. كذلك تقسيم ذوي القربى والأرحام، وبيان أنواع القرابات للإنسان وأنها: قرابات بالنسب، وقرابات بالمصاهرة، وقرابات بالرضاع. كما أن إعطاءهم حقهم من الميراث من أهم حقوق ذوي القربى التي دلت عليه السورة، وعدم حرمانهم منه، وأن الحقوق الواجبة لذوي القربى والأرحام تختلف باختلاف درجاتهم في القرابة، وكذلك باختلاف حاجاتهم، مع التأكيد على أن البر بالوالدين وبذل المعروف لهما من أهم حقوقهما. كما أكدت سورة النساء على وجوب العناية بالتربية للأولاد والقيام بحقوقهم، ويتمثل ذلك في إعطائهم حقهم من الميراث، والعناية بالزوجات، وحسن عشرتهن بالمعروف، وبيان مالهن من حقوق في المهر والميراث، وحرمة الأخذ منه، وتفقد الجيران، والسؤال عن أحوالهم؛ وخاصة الجار ذي القربى.
(Taking A great Care of the Kin, Family Members, and Blood Relatives), Taking a great care of the Kin, family members and blood relatives in the Sura Al Nisa>a (women) is an objective study throughout this research, we find that this Sura involved a great guidance, and the brilliant proselytism, and noble instructions which served to regulate the Muslim>s life, showing the due right with regard to his kin and blood relatives where Allah the Greatest ordered to fulfill them ,as well as , Allah forbid the lack of their performance. The inaugural part of this Sura minds the significance of Allah piety and the God fearing due the fact that Allah had created the human beings from a single spirit and then, Allah created his spouse from him to mention the significance of the righteousness, benevolence to the kin and the blood relatives, urging us to be benevolent with them and to give them the beneficence and the Charity. And in this research, we know the significance of the righteousness the relationship with the kin ,and the blood relatives - the value of the gratuity and its great reward of Allah The greatest. As well, the classification of the kin and the blood relatives, show¬ing the types of relatives with regard to the human being, or by affinity , or by marriage , and by the third type of relatives by Breast feeding Among the most significant rights of the relatives that was mentioned in this Sura, the right of inheritance, and not prevent, then from that right, moreover, the due right of the kin and blood of relatives, and according their needs, ensuring the righteousness o the parents and the benevolence for them are the most important right. The Sura Al Nisa>a(women) emphasized the due taking a great care of the sons and their due rights, among which their right of inheritance, and taking care of the wives ,and they must be treated with kindness , showing their due rights of dowry and inheritance, the neighbor visit, specially the close neighbours.
