المستخلص: Les moyens d’information sont devenus de nos jours parmi les outils culturels les plus important, car ils représentent un moyen essentiel pour se cultiver et avoir tout genre d’innovation, et Ils ont pour but de conférer un bagage et former une expérience culturelle à des millions de gens, ce qui rend leur tâche plus importante notamment la presse écrite, car son rôle non seulement la diffusion de la culture mais aussi à faire reformuler l’opinion des lecteurs, et de revient en fort direct bien au large public. Ainsi que de nos jours, La presse écrite est devenu un moyen d’information important au lecteur car elle permet au courant des nouvelles et de suivre les évènements important, Comme elle les aide à exprimer leurs idées et à participer à la constitution de l’opinion publique aue les journaux réservent un espace culturel qui ne dépasse même pas les deux pages souvent.

أصبحت وسائل الإعلام اليوم من الأدوات الثقافية الهامية، حيث تشكل وسيلة أساسية في الحصول على الثقافة وجميع أشكال الإبداع، بهدف توفير الزاد الثقافي وتكوين الخبرة الثقافية للملايين من البشر، وعليه فالمسؤولية الملقاة على عاتق وسائل الإعلام وخاصة الصحافة المكتوبة منها مسؤولية بالغة الأهمية لأنها لا تقوم بدور توصيل ونشر الثقافة فحسب، بل تؤثر في قارئها والمهتم بتتبع أخبارها بحكم اتصالها اليومي والمباشر بجماهير الشعب وعلى نطاق واسع وكذلك لأن المطبوع في الآونة الأخيرة أصبح يشكل وسيلة إعلامية مهمة بالنسبة للقارئ حيث يتيح له فرصة قراءة الأخبار وتتبع أهم الأحداث في أي مكان وزمان، ويساعده على طرح أفكاره، ويساهم أيضا في تشكيل الرأي العام من خلال الأخبار والمعلومات الثقافية التي تخصصها للمجال الثقافي والذي غالبا لا يتعدى الصفحتين.

Nowadays the media have become an important cultural tool and an essential mean to develop culture and all kinds of creativity, for millions of people. Therefore, the responsibility of media, especially newspapers, is so great because its role is not only to give and to diffuse culture, but also to affect the readers and the interested people from the masses who have a direct and daily contact with media. Newspapers recently have become an important media to the reader because they provide him with the opportunity to read and follow the events in any place and at any time. They also help him to share his ideas with other readers.
