المستخلص: إن موضوع اللغة من أهم المواضيع التي شغلت بال الإنسان منذ أن خلقه الله على وجه الأرض،فهي ترتبط مع هذا الإنسان ارتباطا وثيقا. فهي أساس الحضارة البشرية و هي ذلك الجسر الذي تتواصل من خلال الأجيال في كل المجتمعات.قال الفيلسوف اليوناني سقراط: ( يا هذا كلمني حتى أراك ) ، وهي رسالة واضحة في أهمية اللغة في إثبات الوجود بل وإثبات الهوية في أرقى جوانبها.فاللغة من أعجب إبتكارات التطور البشري إستجابة للحاجة المتولدة عن الإجتماع.
والدرس اللغوي لم يغب يوما عن الدراسات الأدبية والفلسفية، فالفكر الإنسانيلم يعرف خلال مسيرته فترة غاب فيها ذلك الدرس و لو بنسب متفاوتة. ولعل الباعث على العناية بالظاهرة اللغوية هو: أولا ارتباطها بالفكر وظيفيا، وثانيا الإحساس بأن اللغة الطبيعية(العادية) تكتنفها نقائص وعيوب تعيق عملية المعرفة في نزوعها نحو الدقة والكمال.
إن الأهمية الكبرى للغة في عمليتي المعرفة والتواصل هو ما جعل الإهتمام موجه تارة للغة الطبيعية( لغة الإنسان اليومية) لأنه يستحيل الإستغناء عنها، وتارة أخرى كان الإهتمام موجها إلى البحث و السعي نحو بناء لغة مثالية تجاوز تلك العوائق والعيوب التي تميز اللغة الطبيعية في تعبيرها عن محتويات المعرفة.
إنطلاقا من هذه الإشكالية التي تتعلق باتهام اللغة الطبيعية بالعجر والنقص في تأدية أهم وأخطر وظيفتيين وهما : الوظيفة المعرفية والوظيفة التواصلية كان بحثنا هذا، الذي حاولنا من خلاله التطرق لهذه المشكلة، أي اهمية اللغة و حضورها عبر التاريخ البشرين ثم الوقوف على مشكلة اللغة الطبيعية وفكرة بناء لغة مثالية عند الفيلسوف الألماني غوتفريد فلهلم ليبنيتز (1646- 1716) أحد أهم العلماء والفلاسفة في العصر الحديث

Language is one of the most important topics that has preoccupied man since God created him on earth. It is closely linked to man and It is the foundation of human civilization, and it is the bridge that communicates through generations in all society. The Greek philosopher Socrates said, “Hey, talk to me so I can see you.” And It is a clear message about the importance of language in proving existence and even proving identity in its finest aspects. Language is one of the most admired innovations of human development in response to the need generated by the meeting.
The linguistic lesson has never been absent from literary and philosophical studies, as human thought has not been known a period in which it missed that lesson even in varying proportions. Perhaps the reason for caring about the linguistic phenomenon is: first, it is connected with thinking functionally, and secondly, the feeling that the natural (normal) language has shortcomings and disadvantages that hinder the process of knowledge in its tendencies towards accuracy and perfection. The great importance of language in the processes of knowledge and communication is why attention is directed at the natural language (the daily language of man) because it is impossible to dispense with it. At the other time, the attention was directed to research and Seeking to build an ideal language that will overcome the obstacles and disadvantages that characterize the natural language in its expression of the contents of knowledge..
In this context, we have tried to address this problem, which relates to the natural languages weakness and lack of performance of the two most important functions: cognitive function and communicative function, our research to try to address this problem, i.e. the importance of language and its presence throughout human history, and then to identify the problem of language. The idea of building an ideal language by the German philosopher Gottfried Wilhelm Lipnitz (1646 — 1716), one of the most important scholars and philosophers of modern times.
