المستخلص: This paper discusses the internal risks on national unity in Islamic states, by highlighting the impact of sectarian conflicts in the collapse and disintegration of states, taking the dimensions of the phenomenon and the politics related to its management and identifying the factors that lead to its raise. In addition to the disclosure of the political systems experience in Islamic states on its management of the multi sectarian, and that through research of the best ways and most important entries adopted by the Malaysian experience in managing multi-sectarian.

تعالج هذه الورقة البحثية المخاطر الداخلية التي تهدد الوحدة الوطنية في الدول الإسلامية، من خلال إبراز تأثير النزاعات الطائفية في انهيار وتفكك الدول، والإحاطة بأبعاد الظاهرة والسياسات المتبعة لإدارتها، وتحديد العوامل المؤدية لإثارتها، علاوة على الكشف عن خبرة الأنظمة السياسية في الدول الإسلامية في إدارتها للتعدد الطائفي، من خلال البحث عن أفضل السبل وأبرز المداخل التي اعتمدتها التجربة الماليزية في إدارة التعدد الطائفي.

Le présent document de recherche aborde les risques internes pesant sur l’unité nationale dans les Etats Islamiques, en mettant en lumière l’impact des conflits ethniques dans l’effondrement et la désintégration des Etats, en prenant les dimensions du phénomène et les politiques liées a sa gérance et en identifiant aussi les facteurs qui contribuent à son apparition. Outre la mise en lumière de l’expérience des régimes politiques dans les Etats Islamiques en matière de la gestion de la diversité ethnique, par la recherche des moyens adéquats et les entrées les plus éminentes adoptées par l’expérience de la Malaisie dans la gestion de la diversité ethnique.
