|f Economic and financial globalization makes the production systems more complex. To this end, Algerian companies are required to fulfill new responsibilities on one hand to create immediate financial value for the shareholders and to create universal and sustainable value for other stakeholders on the other. However, the role of governance is very crucial through making new tools to reconcile these different interests. \nThrough this research, we want to present a conceptual framework dedicated to socially responsible governance that prefers the current organizational, customary and contractual, then the need for empirical illustration from the Sonlegaz, which will focus our study on the contribution of socially responsible management to the overall and sustainable performance.\n Based on a descriptive and analytical process, our contribution advocates the idea that the overall performance of the company goes through a three-dimensional vision of its responsibility such as (economic, social and environmental).\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.
