المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس درجة رضا الأساتذة الجدد على برنامج تصميم وبناء واستعمال درس عن بعد باستخدام منصة مودلMoodle. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم اختيار عينة تكونت من (104) أستاذا ينتمون لجامعة محمد لمين دباغين سطيف، والذين استفادوا من تكوين في هذا البرنامج. وقد قامت الباحثة بتصميم مقياس تضمن (34) فقرة تغطي أنظمة البرنامج الثلاثة: نظام الدخول والتعلم ونظام الخروج. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الأساتذة راضون بدرجة كبيرة على برنامج التكوين الذي استفادوا منه.

The objective of this study is to measure the degree of satisfaction of novice teachers on the training program entitled "Design, construction and use of a course on the Moodle platform". To achieve this objective we have developed a satisfaction questionnaire consisting of (34) items covering the three systems of the program: entry, learning and exit system. we distributed it to (104) teachers affiliated to Mohamed Lamine Debaghine Serif 2 University. The results showed that the teachers expressed a high degree of satisfaction with the training they received.

L’objectif de cette étude est de mesurer le degré de satisfaction des enseignants novices sur le programme de formation intitulé « conception, construction et utilisation d’un cours sur la plate-forme Moodle ». Pour réaliser cet objectif nous avons conçu un questionnaire de satisfaction composé de (34) items englobant les trois systèmes du programme : système d’entré, d’apprentissage et de sortie. Nous l’avons distribué auprès de (104) enseignants affiliés à l’université Mohamed Lamine DebaghineSetif2.Les résultats obtenus ont démontré que les enseignants ont exprimé une forte satisfaction sur la formation qu’ils ont bénéficié.
