En effet, cet Accord, a donné place à un cadre mondial pour l’application de normes minimales de protection de la propriété intellectuelle opposables à tous les Membres de l’OMC. Le présent article, essaye de mettre la lumière sur les implications de cet Accord sur les législations nationales relatives aux brevets. | ||
| 520 | |b The conclusion of TRIPs, allows to identify the radical transformation of the role played by intellectual property in general and patents in particular in an international trade centered on free trade. Indeed, this Agreement has given rise to a global framework for the application of minimum standards for the protection of intellectual property enforceable against all WTO Members. This article tries to shed light on the implications of this agreement for national patent laws. | ||
