المستخلص: استهدف البحث دراسة واختبار العلاقة بين جودة الإفصاح عن المعلومات الاستثمارية المستقبلية غير المالية وكفاءة الاستثمار في الشركات المقيدة بالبورصة المصرية، وأثر بعض الخصائص التشغيلية للشركة (حجم الشركة، نسبة الرفع المالي) وحوكمة الشركات بالتركيز على خصائص مجلس الإدارة (استقلالية، وحجم المجلس، ازدواجية دور عضو مجلس الإدارة المنتدب، ونسبة ملكية أعضاء المجلس لأسهم الشركة) على تلك العلاقة، ولتحقيق هدف البحث تم إجراء دراسة تطبيقية على عينة من الشركات غير المالية المقيدة بالبورصة المصرية خلال الفترة من 2011 إلى 2016، وذلك من خلال تحليل محتوى القوائم المالية وتقرير مجلس الإدارة لعينة الدراسة، واحتساب قيم متغيرات الدراسة، وبناء مؤشر للإفصاح عن المعلومات الاستثمارية المستقبلية غير المالية من خلال القوانين والتشريعات والدراسات ذات الصلة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير معنوي لجودة الإفصاح عن المعلومات الاستثمارية المستقبلية غير المالية على كفاءة الاستثمار، وعدم تأثير نسبة الرفع المالي أو حجم الشركة على تلك العلاقة، بينما تؤثر خصائص المجلس على تلك العلاقة، حيث يوجد تأثير معنوي لحجم واستقلالية المجلس، وازدواجية دور عضو مجلس الإدارة المنتدب، ونسبة ملكية أعضاء المجلس لأسهم الشركة على تلك العلاقة.

This research investigates the relationship between the quality of disclosure of non-financial forward-looking investment information and the efficiency of investment in listed companies in the Egyptian Stock Exchange, and the impact of some of the operational characteristics of the company (size of the company and the percentage of financial leverage)’ and the corporate governance (Independence, size of the Board,' CEO duality, and the percentage of ownership of the Board members of the Company's shares) on the relationship. In order to achieve the objective of the research, An empirical study was conducted on a sample of non- financial companies' listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange during the period from 2011 to-2016 by analyzing the contents of the financial statements and the report of the board of directors of the sample and constructing a non-financial investment disclosure index through laws, legislation and related studies. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant effect of the quality of the disclosure of non-financial forward-looking investment information on the efficiency of the investment and the effect of the financial leverage or the size of the company on that relationship, however the characteristics of the board of directors affects on the relationship, There is a significant effect of the size and independence of the board, CEO duality, and the percentage of ownership of the company's shares by the members of the board on the relationship.
