|a البحث تناول دراسة قضية عقدية مهمة هي عموم رسالة نبينا محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم، وبيان ارتباط هذا العموم بجملة من خصائصه عليه السلام، والفرق بين عمومها والعموم الذي وصف به رسالة نوح عليه السلام باعتبار أنه أصبح رسولا للناس كافة بحكم الطوفان الذي وقع في عهده، على القول بشموله لكل الأرض في ذلك الوقت. وتناول البحث أوجه العموم الخاصة برسالة محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم من كونه مرسلا للخلق كافة، من الإنس والجن، ومن جهة عموم رسالته للزمان والمكان ونحو ذلك. وبيان أن عموم رسالة نوح عليه السلام لو ثبت فهو عموم عارض، أو عموم من وجه واحد دون بقية الأوجه الكثيرة التي اختص بها نبينا صلى الله عليه وسلم ولم يشاركه فيها أحد من الأنبياء مطلقا.

|b This study deals with an important doctrinal issue which is the universality of our prophet Muhammad’s message. It also explains the relationship between this universality and a number of its characteristics, and the difference between its universality and that of Noah’s message as described, as he became a messenger of all people by virtue of the flood that occurred in his reign, and which included the whole land at that time. The research also deals with the facets of the universality of Muhammad’s message as a messenger of all creation; humankind and jinn, as well as the universality of his message in relation to time, place, and so forth. It also s tates that the universality of Noah’s message, if proven, would be accidental or having just one aspect of universality without any of the other aspects of our Prophet’s universality that none of the other prophets share.
