المستخلص: لقد استهدفت الدراسة الفقهية بعنوان (شروط وجوب هدى التمتع) جمع وبحث مسألة: شروط وجوب هدى التمتع، وسرت في البحث على المنهج الوصفي التشخيصي والتقويمي، من خلال طريقة بينتها في المقدمة، وذكرت أهدافه، وتظهر أهمية البحث من خلال النقاط التالية:
1- أهمية مناسك الحج وخصوصاً إراقة دم التمتع.
2- إبراز كلام الفقهاء – رحمهم الله – حول شروط وجوب هدى التمتع واجتماعه في محل واحد.
3- بيان القول الراجح بدليله في مسائل تهم عدد كبير من الحجاج.
وكانت أهم النتائج ما يلي:
4- الشروط المتفق عليها في الجملة لوجوب هدى التمتع ستة هي: اشتراط تقدم العمرة على الحج، اشتراط القدرة على ذبح الهدى، اشتراط أن تكون العمرة في أشهر الحج، اشتراط أداء الحج والعمرة في عام واحد، اشتراط التحلل من العمرة قبل الإحرام بالحج، اشتراط ألا يكون من حاضري المسجد الحرام.
5- الشروط التي وقع فيها خلاف خمسة وهي: أن يحرم من الميقات، اشتراط أن تقع العمرة والحج عن شخص واحد، اشتراط نية التمتع بالعمرة إلى الحج عند الإحرام بالعمرة، اشتراط ألا يسافر بين الحج والعمرة، اشتراط صحة العمرة والحج.
وقد جمعت كلام أهل العلم وبينت الخلاف والأدلة والقول الراجح بدليله، وختمت البحث بفهرس للمصادر والمراجع.

The study of jurisprudence entitled (conditions of the necessity of guidance of enjoyment), the collection and research of the question: the conditions of the necessity of the guidance of enjoyment, and proceeded in the research on descriptive diagnostic and evaluation method, through the method described in the introduction, and stated objectives, and show the importance of research through the following points:
1- The importance of the rituals of Hajj, especially the shedding of the blood of enjoyment.
2- to highlight the words of the jurists - may Allah have mercy on them - on the conditions of the obligation to guide the enjoyment and meeting in one place.
3- The most correct statement of his evidence in matters of interest to a large number of pilgrims.
The most important results were:
4- Conditions agreed upon in the sentence for the purpose of the enjoyment of six are: the requirement to offer Umrah on the Hajj, the requirement of the ability to slaughter the guidance, the requirement that the Umrah in the months of Hajj, the requirement to perform Hajj and Umrah in one year, the requirement of decomposition of Umrah before Ihram pilgrimage, Not to be present at the Sacred Mosque.
5- The conditions in which there is a dispute five: It is haraam from the meeqaat, the requirement that the 'Umrah and Hajj be for one person, the requirement that the intention to enjoy' umrah be obligatory for Hajj at Ihram in 'Umrah is a requirement not to travel between Hajj and' Umrah.
The scholars' opinions were gathered and the dispute, the evidence and the most correct evidence were shown in its evidence. The research ended with a catalog of sources and references.
