وفي هذه الورقة البحثية تم تسليط الضوء على دور المهارات الاتصالية لدى شباب الجامعات من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بالمدن الجامعية في بناء شخصيتهم (جامعة عين شمس نموذجاً) لما للمدن الجامعية من دور كبير في تشكيل أفكارهم ومعارفهم وتنميتهم ثقافته ومعرفتهم من خلال تهيئة بيئة متكاملة للشباب من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة على التعايش مع بعضهم البعض والدمج بينهم وبين الشباب العاديين. ولفهم دور المهارات الاتصالية في بناء شخصيتهم لابد لنا أن نحاول رصد الأنشطة الاتصالية بها والوقوف على هذه الأنشطة بالدراسة يتيح لنا تكوين صورة مكتملة عما تلعبه المدن الجامعية في حياة شباب الجامعات من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. وفي ختام هذه الورقة البحثية يرى الباحث أنه من الأهمية بمكان الخروج بتوصيات جديرة باهتمام القائمين على الأنشطة داخل المدن الجامعية وهي كما يأتي: - الاهتمام بالأنشطة الاتصالية داخل المدن الجامعية وإشراك الطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في المهرجانات والسباقات والبرامج لما لها من أهمية كبيرة لهؤلاء الطلاب. - تطوير وتفعيل دور ورش العمل التي تهتم بدمج الطلاب العاديين مع الطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة مما ينمي لديهم طرق التواصل. - ضرورة الاهتمام بدور الإشراف المقيم عن طريق إلحاقهم بدورات تدريبية تخصصية في التعامل مع ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة فضلا عن تعزيز المشرفين بعناصر ذات كفاءة ومتخصصة. - القيام بحملات توعية تحث الطلاب العاديين على احترام المعاق وتقديره وليس التعامل معه بنظرة الشفقة والعطف.
In this paper, the role of communicative skills among university youth with special needs in university cities in the construction of their personality was highlighted (Ain Shams University as a model). The university cities have a great role in shaping their ideas and knowledge and developing their culture and knowledge by creating an integrated environment for young people Special needs to live with each other and integrate them with ordinary youth. In order to understand the role of communicative skills in building their personality, we must try to monitor their communication activities and to study these activities in order to create a complete picture of what university cities are doing in the lives of university youth with special needs. Recommendations: At the conclusion of this research paper, the researcher believes that it is important to come up with recommendations worthy of the attention of those who carry out activities within the university cities as follows: 1. To take care of communication activities within the university cities and to involve students with special needs in festivals, races and programs because of their great importance to these students. 2. Develop and activate the role of the workshops that are concerned with integrating ordinary students with students with special needs, which develop their ways of communication. 3. The importance of supervising the role of resident supervision by providing specialized training courses in dealing with people with special needs, as well as enhancing supervisors with competent and specialized elements. 4. Conduct awareness campaigns urging ordinary students to respect and appreciate the disabled and not to deal with it with pity and compassion.
