يهدف البحث إلي تأصيل مفهوم المحاسبة التعليمية في ضوء القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية الشريفة واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي والمنهج الاستنباطي وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أسبقية الإسلام في وضع قواعد المحاسبية التعليمية والتأصيل الإسلامي يساعد على تطوير الفكر التربوي، ويتميز البحث في التأصيل الإسلامي بالدقة والشفافية، والمحاسبية تساعد على نجاح العملية التعليمية، كما تساعد المحاسبة على الكشف عن إبداعات العاملين، ومكافأتهم، والعمل على تحقيق المساواة في الحقوق والواجبات، ويرتبط بمفهوم المحاسبية المسئولية، والرقابة، والمتابعة، والتقويم، والتفتيش، وأوصى البحث بضرورة إعادة تطوير المؤسسات التعليمية في ضوء الفكر الإسلامي ومكافأة العاملين الملتزمين داخل المؤسسة، وعقد الندوات والمؤتمرات لنشر فكرة المحاسبية التعليمية وتدريب المديرين، المعلمين، المسئولين على مبادئ المحاسبية التعليمية من منظور إسلامي.
The current study aims at recognizing the rooting of educational accountability concept in the light of the Holy Quran and the Prophetic Sunnah. The researcher used both the descriptive method and the deductive method. The study asserted the precedence of Islam in setting the rules of educational accountability. The research in Islamic rooting is distinguished by accuracy and transperancy .The Islamic rooting helps to develop the educational thought. Accountability can lead to the success of the educational process. It also helps in finding out the creativity of employees, and rewarding them. Also, it achieves equality regarding rights and duties. Accountability is related to the concept of responsibility, control, follow- up, evaluation, and inspection. The research recommended that the the development of the educational institutions should be done in the light of the Islamic thought with the reward of the disciplined employees at the institution, besides to holding seminars and conferences to spread the idea of educational accountability, and training managers, teachers and other stakeholders on the principles of educational accountability from an Islamic perspective.
