المستخلص: تدور فكرة الدراسة الحالية حول تقديم تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور المؤسسات التربوية لمواجهة أزمة القيم لدى الشباب المصري.
ولتحقيق هذه الهدف المحوري سوف تستهدف الدراسة الحالية تحقيق ما يلي:
تحديد الإطار المفاهيمي للقيم وخصائصها – وأهميتها للفرد والمجتمع، وتوضيح دور ومسئولية المؤسسات التربوية في عملية البناء القيمي للفرد كذلك تحديد أزمة القيم من حيث المفهوم، والأبعاد وأهم مظاهرها لدى الشباب المصري مع تحليل ورصد أبرز العوامل والمسببات في تنامي هذه الأزمة. وقد اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وفي نهاية هذا الطرح النظري والمفاهيمي سوف يتم تقديم تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور المؤسسات التربوية لمواجهة أزمة القيم لدى الشباب المصري من خلال وضع سياسة تربوية واضحة المعالم لمواجهة تلك الأزمة تنهض على تقديم حزمة من المقترحات الإجرائية لتفعيل دور المؤسسات التربوية المعنية بتربية الشباب المصري ورعايتهم أخذة في الاعتبار أبرز التحديات المجتمعية المعاصرة ذات العلاقة بالأزمة وذلك على المدى القريب والبعيد.
ومن ثم يسعى التصور المقترح إلى النهوض بالقيم الأخلاقية وتنميتها وغرسها في حس الشباب المصري ووجدانه وضميره الخلقي بالإضافة إلى العمل الجاد والمتواصل من أجل تحسين جوانب العملية التربوية في المؤسسات التعليمية بغية مواجهة أزمة القيم بمظاهرها المختلفة عند الشباب.
ولتفعيل هذا التصور لابد من تنمية العنصر البشري القادر على المحافظة على قيمه الأصيلة والإيجابية والقادرة على تحقيق التنمية التي تعد هي المدخل الأساسي لتطور المجتمع ورقيه.

The idea of the present study revolves around providing a suggested concept to activate the role of educational institutions to face the crisis of values among the Egyptian youth. To achieve this central objective, the present study will aim to the following:
Defining the conceptual framework of values and their characteristics - their importance to the individual and society, and clarifying the role and responsibility of educational institutions in the process of building the individual's values as well as identifying the crisis of values in terms of concept, dimensions and the most important of its manifestations in the Egyptian youth with the analysis and monitoring of the most important factors and causes in the growth of this crisis. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach. At the end of this theoretical and conceptual presentation, there will be a proposed vision to activate the role of educational institutions to confront the crisis of values among Egyptian youth through the formulation of a clearly defined educational policy to address that crisis. It will promote a package of procedural proposals to activate the role of educational institutions concerned with the education and care of Egyptian youth, taking into consideration the most prominent contemporary social challenges related to the crisis in the short and long term.
Therefore, the proposed vision seeks to promote and develop moral values and instil them in the sense of the Egyptian youth and their conscience and their moral soul in addition to work hard and continuous to improve aspects of the educational process in educational institutions in order to face the crisis of values in its various manifestations among young people.
In order to activate this vision, it is necessary to develop the human element that is capable of preserving its original and positive values and capable of achieving development, which is the main entrance to the development of society and its uplifting.
