|d La culture de la corruption qui se propage dans la société algérienne est considérée comme une guerre menée par « les parains de la criminalité » contre le système des valeurs de cette société. .. la restauration de la justice sociale, le renforcement des fondations de la bonne gouvernance et aussi l’état de droit et des institutions sont des mécanismes intelligents pour faire face à toute forme de corruptions, ce qui va aider la société algérienne se diriger progressivement vers l’avenir en toute sécurité et avec des pas constants.
