|f The current study aims to uncover the relationship of self-effectiveness and psycho-social compatibility among a sample of first-year university students. The sample consisted of (100) students from Saad Dahalb University “Blida.” The Self Efficiency Measure for Sherear and the psycho-social Compatibility Measure for Zeinab Mahmoud Shaqir were applied. The study found the existence of a positive relationship between self-effectiveness and psycho-social compatibility and the existence of a correlation between self-effectiveness and the dimensions of psycho-social compatibility (personal, health, family, and social) among university students. , means that the higher the degree of self-effectiveness, the higher the level of psycho-social compatibility among students.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.

|a تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن العلاقة عن فاعلية الذات والتوافق النفسي الاجتماعي لدى عينة من طلبة السنة أولى جامعي، تكونت العينة من (100) طالب وطالبة من جامعة سعد دحلب "البليدة"، تم تطبيق مقياس فاعلية الذات لــــ لشرار Sherear، ومقياس التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي لـزينب محمود شقير، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة موجبة بين فاعلية الذات والتوافق النفسي الاجتماعي ووجود علاقة ارتباطية بين فاعلية الذات وأبعاد التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي (الشخصي، الصحي، الأسري، الاجتماعي) عند طلاب الجامعة، يعني أنه كلما ارتفعت درجة فاعلية الذات ارتفع معها مستوى التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي عند الطلبة.

|d La présente étude vise à découvrir la relation entre l’effcacité du soi et l’ajustement psychosocial, et pour cela on a utilisé deux tests, le premier de Sherear pour l’effcacité du soi, le deuxième de Zineb Mahmoud Shukir pour l’ajustement psychosocial sur un échantillon de 100 étudiants universitaires de l’université de Saad Dahleb de Blida. L’étude a abouti à la relation positive entre l’effcacité du soi et l’ajustement psychosocial, et l’existence d’une relation entre l’effcacité du soi et les dimensions de l’ajustement psychosocial (personnelle, santé, familiale, sociale).
