المستخلص: يهدف هذا المقال إلى دراسة ظاهرة الحجاب في الجزائر وذلك في ظل الانتشار الكبير للظاهرة، إضافة إلى أشكاله المتعددة والمختلفة حد التناقض لدرجة أنه صار يجمع بين الشيء ونقيضه. إن هذا التنوع في الشكل والاختلاف في التسمية يحيل إلى اتساع دلالات الحجاب وتعدد وظائفه، الأمر الذي استوجب تدخل الخطاب السوسيولوجي وتحريضه على التساؤل والكشف عن مفهوم الحجاب شرعا وأهم الآيات التي تحيل إلى ذلك مع إسقاط هذا المفهوم على تمثلات المبحوثات للمفهوم كمرحلة أولى والكشف عن دلالات الحجاب في مرحلة ثانية، لنعرج بعد ذلك إلى حصر أشكال وتلونات الحجاب، مع البحث عن أسباب ارتداء المبحوثات له ومدى تطابق هذا اللباس مع الشروط التي استقر عليها العقل الفقهي.

This article aims to study light on the phenomenon of hijab in Algeria, that is in light of the much spread of the phenomenon, in addition to its various and different forms to that level of contradiction which combines the thing and its opposite. This diversity in the form and the difference in the name refers to the breadth of the denotations of the veils and the multiplicity of functions, which necessitated the intervention of the sociological discourse and the encouragement of it to question and reveal the concept of the veil in law and the most important verses that refer to this, while dropping this concept on the representations of the prospectors of the concept as a first stage and the disclosure of the denotation of the veil in the second stage, we will then be able to limit the forms and colors of the headscarf, with the search for the reasons for the wearing of hijab by the respondent and the extent to which this dress matches the conditions on which the juristic mind has settled.
