|a This study provides an attempt to assess the main efforts that are achieved in the domain of Arabic Linguistics during the past fifty years. by putting these works in the framework principles of the (theory of knowledge), we aim to explore the guiding paradigm which controlled the whole activities in this domain; researchers works, faculties and institutes measurements, and the overall actions from some institutions who sponsoring Arabic language and Culture. To reach this goal, three main aspects of inquiry are under verification; the first one focus on trends of direction by which the researchers can determine some important choices, such as: objects of study, methodological ways of treating, and the principles of building their reasoning outcomes both in induction and deduction processes. The second aspect concerned with the issues of interest, i.e. the problematic phenomenon that attracting great attention, in this area there are two main kinds of concerning phenomenon; those in direct relation with Arabic language, i.e. the Arabic as an object of study. And those in relation with Arabic linguistics itself. The third aspect aim to drown upon futurist's ideas that inspiring many of active workers in the global scoop of Arabic linguistics, some of them propose their own prospectives to contribute in the great movement of developing scientific studies in Arabic linguistics so grow up in recent years. Returning to the guiding paradigm which is the practical aim of study, it must be clear that scientific working in Arabic linguistics are always under control from two kinds of dominating factures; the internal factors, and the external factors. According to our analytical work on the previous elements we can affirm as final realistic conclusion that external factors govern the internal ones in the great majority of cases. Finally, our great hope is that this study can make some practical contributions in the movement of developing Arabic linguistics which is very important not only for the Arabic world side, but certainly for the international linguistic society.
