هدف البحث إلى تحديد سمات المنهجين: الحولي والموضوعي، والتعرف على توافر تلك السمات في كتابات المؤرخين في عصر الطوائف في الأندلس، إضافة إلى إبراز مناهج مؤرخي التراجم والطبقات الذين عنوا بهذا الموضوع في عصر ملوك الطوائف من خلال تتبع التراجم الواردة في كتابتهم. وقد تبين أنهم التزموا بالمنهج الذي سار عليه كثير من مؤرخي المشرق؛ ولذا نجد أنهم كانوا يقتصرون في سرد ما يتعلق بالشخصية المترجم لها، من غير ربطها بما يحدث في عصرها من أحداث سياسية، ولم تجد الأحداث اهتماما كما ظهر ذلك في تراجمهم. يضاف إلى ذلك أن بعض المؤرخين أوضح في مقدمة كتابه المنهج الذي اتبعه في عرض ما ورد في الكتاب. كما أبرز البحث أيضا منهج مؤرخي أدب السياسة. وسوف تختم الدراسة بأهم النتائج التي سوف يتوصل إليها البحث، وأهمية مثل هذه الدراسات في منهج البحث التاريخي، وذيلت الدراسة بثبت المصادر والمراجع التي اعتمدت عليها في إنجاز هذه الدراسة.
The study aims to determine the characteristics of the two types of methodology: The chronological and objective historical research methodologies by exploring these characteristics in the writings of the historians in the denominations period in Andalusia. In addition, the study also aims to illuminate the research methods of historiographic and biographic historians who were concerned with the study of this era during the denominations’ kings period by tracking and tracing specimens of the biographies for the emirs included in their histories. It later becomes clear that they followed the footsteps of many of the eastern historians as we can see that most of their writings used to revolve around the characters they wrote biographies for, without connecting it to the political events that took place during the lived period. These distinctive events didn’t get the expected attention in their biographies. In addition, some of those historians illustrated in the introductions to their books the exact methodology they used in handling the written material. The study also highlights the methodology of the political literature historians. The study concluded with the results of the analysis, with an emphasis on the importance of this kind of research methodology, finally appended by the references used in this study.
