يعد هذا البحث ضمن سلسلة الدراسات النحوية التي تعرض جهود النحويين في تقديم مادة علمية تتلاءم مع معطيات الدرس النحوي، من خلال اختياره بابا من الأبواب التي تظهر فيه بجلاء مكانة نحو العربية، وعبقريته، حيث يتناول موضوعا من الموضوعات المشتركة في باب الصرف والنحو وهو (الصفة المشبهة) .. فعلى مالها من قيمة حددها الصرفيون، إلا أن البحث – هنا -يتطرق لها بالجمع والتوثيق، والتحليل والمناقشة والمعالجة من منظور نحوي. ويسوق ما جمعه النحويون في كتبهم حول موضوع شائك متشعب هو الصفة المشبهة. وإن ما ورد في المصادر والمراجع ليؤكد مدى اهتمام النحاة القدامى والمتأخرين بهذا الباب، وكثرة كلامهم عن الصفة المشبهة، وفيم شابهت اسم الفاعل؟ وكيف تميزت عنه؟ كما يلحظ حديثهم المسهب عن صور إعمالها، وأحوالها مع معمولها، وقد وضعوا لكل منها حدا، ومثلوا له بأمثلة مصنوعة، واستدلوا على جواز هذه الصور من كلام العرب شعرا ونثرا. ومع ذلك جاءت قضايا (الصفة المشبهة) متداخلة مع (اسم الفاعل)، ابتداء بتسميتها، ومدلولها، وبيان وجوه الشبه والاختلاف بينها وبين اسم الفاعل، وأقسامها، وصوغها، وانتهاء بصورها وأحوالها مع المعمول بعدها، والجائز من استعمالاتها والممتنع، والحسن منه والضعيف والقبيح .. وهذا ما حاوله البحث من خلال دراسة تلك القضايا ومعالجتها عن طريق العرض والاستدلال والتمثيل، وبيان المسائل المتعلقة بالباب والمختلف فيها، وترجيح ما يحتاج لذلك. ويدور البحث على ستة مباحث، جميعها تتناول القضايا الأساسية للصفة المشبهة في ضوء الدرس النحوي، ثم الختام، والهوامش، وثبت بمصادر البحث ومراجعه.
This paper is a research endeavor within a series of syntactical and grammatical studies that unveil the grammarians' ever-lasting efforts towards introducing a scientific material which, in turn, may fit what is given about traditional grammar courses through well-selecting the approach which clearly reveals the real and apparent position of Arabic grammar and its genius. The paper deals with one of the common and interrelated subjects in grammar, namely "the active participle-like attributive adjective". Despite of what the grammarians concluded about this sort of attributes, this present paper tackles it through collecting data, and documentation, analysis, argumentation, and the treatment from a grammatical and syntactical perspective. Indeed, what has been mentioned in the various sources and references assured that old and late grammarians argue much about the “the active participle-like attributive adjective", and how it is similar to and distinguished from the active participle. In addition, grammarians' prolix and prosy argumentation about the different ways of its usage as well as its different cases with its recipient is obviously noticed, and they have shown the difference between the active participle-resembling attribute and the active participle, providing well-formed examples. They have also deduced the permissibility of these forms of the attribute from the prosaic and poetic written and spoken discourse of Arabs. Nevertheless, the questions about the "the active participle-like attributive adjective" are proved to be diverse and interrelated to "Active participle" in terms of its name, lexical meaning, the similarities to and differences from "Active Participle", its classes, its forms and shapes, its different cases with its recipient and the permitted and indeclinable cases of its uses. Thus, the present paper tries the so-mentioned questions and issues in a way by which the researcher could deal with these questions through presentation, deduction, and giving examples, and explanation of the relative and irrelative issues.
