|a يهدف البحث الحالي إلى قياس رهاب التحدث لدى طلبة الجامعة في كليتي التربية للعلوم الإنسانية وكلية التربية للعلوم الصرفة / جامعة البصرة للعام الدراسي (2017 - 2018). وقد اعتمد الباحث مقياس (عبود 2014) لرهاب التحدث الذي يضم (36) فقرة موضوعة على ميزان ثلاثي والمعد في فلسطين لطلبة قسم الإرشاد النفسي، وبعد أن تم إخضاعه لمجموعة من العمليات الإحصائية ظهر بأنه يتمتع بصدق وثبات عاليين، حيث طبق المقياس على عينة عشوائية مكونة من (360) طالبا وطالبة أشارت النتائج بأن العينة تمتلك صفة رهاب التحدث أمام الآخرين، وقد وضع الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات.

|b The present research aims at measuring gloss phobia among university students at the colleges of Education for Human Sciences and Education for Pure Science for the academic year (2017-2018). The researcher adopted Abood's 2014 scale for measuring glossophobia. The scale consists of 36 items distributed according to a three dimensional scale. It was constructed in Palestine for the students of Psychological Counseling. After being tested by a number of statistical operations, its reliability and stability have been proved. The scale was applied to 360 students. The results show that the research sample do have glossophobia. The researcher proposed a number of suggestions and recommendations.
