|a وفي الختام وبعد الانتهاء من البحث يجدر بنا التنبيه على أن المداراة هي أحد الأساليب التي سلكها الأئمة عليهم السلام في مجال بيان الأحكام؛ فربما قد يعرضوا عن بيان الحكم لبعض الأفراد، لمخالفته الحكم المرتكز في ذهنهم أو لمخالفته المشهور، وقد كانوا عليهم السلام يتدرجون بإلقاء المطالب، أو قد لا يصرحون مباشرة ببيانها، كما كانوا يلقون بعضها فأن تحمل المخاطب ذلك ألقوا إليه البقية؛ وذلك كون حديثهم صعب مستصعب، لكن ليست هذه الحالة مستمرة في الغالب، بل أنها تنتهي بعد فترة المداراة وتوفر الظرف المناسب، فيصرحوا بالحكم الواقعي؛ لذلك ربما يتوهم المخالفة الظاهرية بين الحكم في الحالة الثانية والحكم الأول الذي طرأ له خلال فترة المداراة.

|b It is necessary to say that compliment is one of the methods which the Imams (P.U.Th) had followed in exhibiting judgments field; they might dropped exhibiting a judgment as it did not agree with their opinion or with the famous. They were had dealt with the topic gradually, or even, not directly; to deal with a part of the topic and if the receiver was able to understand it they would deal of the other parts because their hadith were so difficult. Yet it is not a permanent phenomenon, it depended on the circumstances to declare the real judgments, so there would be a kind of the external disagreement between the judgment in the second case and that in the first case of the compliment time.
