The objectives of this study are its value and scientific importance, and draw the attention of the scientific students to the works of Sheikh Raoul bin Saleh Al-Aidini, which did not achieve, and did not print, that in the output of this text definition of the author, and his books that did not print anything from them and a catalyst for students of science to achieve them ,The research of the text achieved scientific study characterized by documenting the jurisprudential issues and their relation to the original sources, and the translation of the names mentioned by the scholars, and clarify the terms of jurisprudence, scientific and linguistic, and also known places and countries mentioned by the author in the text investigated, and then concluded the study concluded that the most important conclusions and recommendations, The study was followed by scientific sources and references, We would like to pay attention to the Islamic heritage, and to display the valuable manuscripts locked in the vaults of the world's manuscripts, to make their texts scientifically investigated and to bring them out to the students of science, for the benefit of the generations and useful.
الفتاوى العدلية على أصح الروايات الشرعية لرسول بن صالح الأيديني دراسة وتحقيق تهدف إلى تحقيق المخطوط الذي بقي قرونا لم يظهر بين الناس، وهو إضافة جديدة إلى المكتبة الإسلامية في) الفقه الإسلامي (. إن أهمية الدراسة في تحقيق هذه المخطوطة، دوافع مهمة، وهي أحياء التراث العربي من المخطوطات الموجودة في المكتبات العامة، والرغبة والمتابعة في تحقيق قسم من هذه المخطوطة التي لها تاريخ كبير في علم الفقه، ووجود بعض الفوائد التي حاول المؤلف شرحها، وتوضيحها المتفق عليه، والمرجح والمختلف فيه ومن أهداف هذه الدراسة، قيمتها وأهميتها العلمية، ولفت نظر طلبة العلم إلى مؤلفات الشيخ رسول بن صالح الأيديني التي لم تحقق ولم تطبع، أن في إخراج هذا النص تعريفا بالمؤلف، وبكتبه التي لم يطبع منها شيء ، وتحفيزا لطلبة العلم لتحقيقها ، وإخراجها ودرست النص المحقق دراسة علمية تميزت بتوثيق المسائل الفقهية ونسبتها إلي مصادرها الأصلية، وترجمة من ورد ذكر أسمائهم من أهل العلم، وتوضيح المصطلحات الفقهية والعلمية واللغوية، كما وعرفت الأماكن والبلدان التي ذكرها المؤلف في النص المحقق ، ثم ختمت الدراسة بخاتمة جعلتها لأهم النتائج والتوصيات، ثم ذيلت الدراسة بثبوت المصادر والمراجع العلمية ،نوصي الاهتمام بالتراث الإسلامي، وإظهار المخطوطات القيمة الحبيسة في خزائن المخطوطات العالمية، بتحقيق نصوصها تحقيقا علميا وإخراجها بين يدي طلاب العلم، لتستفيد منها الأجيال ويعم النفع بها
