المستخلص: Le but de l'étude vise à déterminer dans quelle mesure les indicateurs de performance financière (ratios financiers) sont en corrélation avec le phénomène d'échec financier au niveau de 18 Sociétés produisant du lait et les produits laitiers à Béjaïa, enfin, elle a conclu qu'il y avait une moyenne corrélation entre les indicateurs de liquidité, l'endettement ,l'activité avec la défaillance financière, et son absence avec les indicateurs de la couverture de la dette et la rentabilité.

study’s aim is to determine the extent to which Evaluation financial performance indicators (financial ratios) correlate with the phenomenon of financial failure at a sample of 18 Companies producing Milk and Dairy products in Béjaïa; finally it concluded that there is a average correlation between the indicators of liquidity, indebtedness, and activity with financial failure ,And its absence with the Profitability, debt coverage’s indicators.

يهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى ارتباط مؤشرات تقييم الأداء المالي (النسب المالية) بحدوث ظاهرة الفشل المالي على مساوى 18 مؤسسة تنتج الحليب ومشتقاته بولاية بجاية؛ حيث توصلت الدراسة لوجود علاقة ارتباط متوسط بين مؤشرات السيولة، المديونية، النشاط وحدوث الفشل المالي، وغيابها فيما يخص تغطية الديون والمردودية.
