|d Le contrôle de gestion permet d'assurer un meilleur suivi de l'activité de l’entreprise pour atteindre les objectifs souhaités , se systeme est considéré comme un outil pour contrôler et maitriser la gestion des entreprises, en faisant des efforts pour estimer les événements et suivir la mise en oeuvre et améliorer la performance, le contrôle de gestion ne sera pas fonctionel sans avoir des butes et des objectifs bien définis pour l’entreprise. Pour cela nous essayerons d’etudier le contrôle de gestion et sa maiere de fonctionner dans une entreprise algerienne qui possede cette fonction, c’est l’entreprise algérienne pour la production d'articles d'hygiène et des cosmétiques Vénus.

For it we would try to study the management, control and it's more to work in a company again, which possessed this function, it is the Algerian company for the production of articles of hygiene and some cosmetics Venus.

|a يسمح نظام مراقبة التسيير بضمان أفضل متابعة لنشاط المؤسسة من أجل الوصول إلى تحقيق الأهداف المرغوبة، ويعتبر كأداة من أجل التحكم أفضل في قيادة المؤسسة وتحسين تسييرها، وذلك عن طريق بذل مجهودات لتقدير الأحداث ومتابعة تنفيذها ومنه تحسين الأداء، كما لا يمكن ان توجد وظيفة مراقبة التسيير بدون غاية ينتظر بلوغها ويتم هذا بوضع مسار يحدد الأهداف على مستوى المؤسسة ككل. من اجل ما سبق سنحاول دراسة هذه الوظيفة وطريقة عملها من خلال اختيار مؤسسة جزائرية تملك هذه الوظيفة، وهي الشركة الجزائرية لإنتاج مواد النظافة والتجميل VENUS.
