المستخلص: Cette étude a pour but de démontrer l'importance des incubateurs technologiques dans le développement des entreprises industrielles à travers l'étude de leurs problèmes. Nous nous servirons pour cela d'une étude prospective qui a pour but la création d'un incubateur technologique et ce à partir de la connaissance des mécanismes de rapprochement entre les représentants des entreprises industrielles et les chercheurs,, le problème de ses financement et gestion, ainsi que les différents aspects réglementaires qui concernent la propriété intellectuelle et ses outputs. . Cette étude est arrivée à démontrer que l'existence d'un incubateur est une nécessité absolue pour élever l'efficacité de la performance des entreprises industrielles

This study aims to demonstrate the importance of technological incubators in the development of industrial companies through the study of their problems. We will use for this purpose a prospective study which aims the creation of a technological incubator and this from the knowledge of the mechanisms of rapprochement between the representatives of the industrial companies and the researchers, the problem of its financing and management, as well as the various regulatory aspects in relationship with intellectual property and its outputs. This study has demonstrated that the existence of an incubator is an absolute necessity to raise the efficiency of the performance of industrial companies.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في مكانة الحاضنات التكنولوجية في تطوير المناطق الصناعية من خلال دراسة مشاكلها وتزويدها بأفكار إبداعية تساعدها على تحسين أدائها في كل النواحي: الإنتاجية، المالية والتسييرية ... هذا بدراسة استشرافية لإمكانية إنشاء حاضنة تكنولوجية، من خلال التعرف على آليات الجمع بين أرباب العمل ممثلين في أصحاب المؤسسات الاقتصادية بالمناطق الصناعية والباحثين والمفكرين في الهيئات التدريسية والبحثية، بمختلف الهيئات البحثية الأكاديمية. ومشكلة تمويلها، تسييرها ومختلف الجوانب القانونية المتعلقة بالملكية الفكرية لمخرجاتها. وكيف تأثر مخرجات هذه الحاضنة على أداء المنطقة، مما يؤهلها لأداء دور ريادي في التنمية الاقتصادية للوطن خاصة في ظل الأزمة الاقتصادية التي تمر بها. توصلت الدراسة إلى ان إقامة حاضنات تكنولوجية أمر أكثر من ضروري للرفع من فعالية أداء المناطق الصناعية، بالتعاون بين أرباب العمل بمساهمة مادية مالية وأسرة الهيئات البحثية بمساهمة علمية بحثية، على أن تكون الملكية الفكرية لمخرجاتها ملكا للحاضنة يعود نفعها على الطرفين.
