المستخلص: Au cours des deux dernières décennies, les discussions sur la libéralisation économique ont augmenté avec le démantèlement des barrières commerciales en Algérie, et ont dominé les discussions sur le développement qui repose sur l'idée d'une ouverture accrue au commerce international et de recentrer le rôle de l'État souverain pour assurer l'efficacité économique, et ainsi réaliser le développement économique et social. Mais tout cela s'accompagne de la crainte de partager les acquis dans le domaine du commerce international, y compris ceux liés aux produits pétroliers compte tenu du rôle du pétrole dans l'économie algérienne. Le but de cette étude est de découvrir si l'augmentation des inégalités de revenus peut être liée à l'ouverture commerciale en Algérie (le rôle des exportations pétrolières).

During the past two decades discussions on economic liberalization has increased with the accessories of the dismantling of trade barriers in Algeria, and dominated the discussions on the development which is based on the idea that increased openness to international trade, and re-focus the role of the sovereign state to ensure economic efficiency, and thus achieve economic and social development. But all that was accompanied by the fear of the question of sharing the gains in the area of international trade, including those related to petroleum products in view of the role of oil in the Algerian economy. The aim of this study is to discover whether increased income inequality can be related to trade openness in Algeria (the role of the petroleum exports).

خلال العقدين الماضيين زادت النقاشات المتعلقة بالتحرير الاقتصادي مع لوازمه من تفكيك الحواجز التجارية في الجزائر وهيمنت المناقشات المتعلقة بالتنمية التي تقوم على فكرة أن زيادة الانفتاح على التجارة الدولية، وإعادة تركيز دور الدولة السيادية لضمان تحقيق الكفاءة الاقتصادية، وبالتالي تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، لكن رافق كل ذلك التخوف من مسألة تقاسم المكاسب في مجال التجارة الدولية، بما في ذلك تلك المتعلقة بالمنتجات البترولية نظرا لدور البترول في الاقتصاد الجزائري، الهدف من هذه الرسالة هو اكتشاف ما إذا كان ازدياد التفاوت في الدخل يمكن أن يتعلق بالانفتاح التجاري في الجزائر (دور الصادرات النفطية).
