المستخلص: Dans cette étude, nous cherchons à connaître la réalité de la gouvernance bancaire en Algérie et son efficacité dans la gestion des risques opérationnels de ces banques, en utilisant l'outil questionnaire et après le traitement statistique de ces questionnaires, nous avons trouvé un effet statistiquement significatif sur l'adoption des principes de gouvernance et son impact sur l'engagement des agences bancaires commerciales à l'échantillon de l'étude pour gérer les risques opérationnels à un niveau de (a= 0.05).

the objective of this study is to know the reality of banking governance in algeria and its effectiveness in managing the operational risks of these banks. this is based on the questionnaire tool. after the statistical processing of these questionnaires, we found a statistically significant effect on the adoption of the principles of governance and their impact on the commitment of the commercial banks' agencies to the study sample to manage operational risks at the level of (a= 0.05)

نسعى من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع الحوكمة البنكية في الجزائر وفعاليتها في إدارة الاخطار التشغيلية لهذه البنوك، معتمدين في ذلك على أداة الاستبيان، وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية لهذه الاستبيان، وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية لهذه الاستبيانات توصلنا إلى وجود أثر معنوي ذو دلالة إحصائية في تبني مبادئ الحوكمة وأثرها على التزام وكالات البنوك التجارية عينة الدراسة بإدارة المخاطر التشغيلية، عند مستوى دلالة (a = 0.05).
