|b The main aim of this study was to analyze the Political and Security variables of Turkish-Israeli Relations and its Impact on Turkish-Arab Relations. Moreover, the study aimed at discussing the implications of these relations whether at regional or international levels on the Turkish-Arab relations on the ground that both Israel and Turkey have important roles in the international system. The study followed the theory of the role and decision-making being the best for linking description, explanation and analysis of the study variables. The main findings of the study are that Turkey starts addressing the Arab people without going through their rulers. In addition it seeks to invest the current situation in the region to gain necessary amount of trust and build a prestigious regional position as a regional leader. Furthermore, it has been concluded in the study that the extent of Turkry's relationship with Israel depends on the intersection with its interests in the region, and Turkey will keep its relations with Israel and the Arabs on the basis that it is neither an ally of the Arabs nor an enemy of Israel.

|a تتناول الدراسة المتغيرات السياسية والأمنية للعلاقات التركية – الإسرائيلية وأثرها على العلاقات التركية – العربية خلال فترة الدراسة. ترصد انعكاسات هذه العلاقات بمستوياتها الإقليمية والدولية على اعتبار أن كلا من إسرائيل وتركيا يملكان دورا ووظيفة في النسق الدولي. وقد تتبعت هذه الدراسة مسار العلاقة بين تركيا وإسرائيل وبيان مدى تأثيرها بالصراع العربي – الإسرائيلي وتأثرها فيه. وقد استخدمت الدراسة نظرية الدور وصنع القرار كونهما الأنسب للربط بين متغيراتها وصفا وتفسيرا وتحليلا. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن تركيا أصبحت تخاطب الشعوب العربية، وتسعى لاستثمار الأوضاع لصالح بناء مكانتها الإقليمية، وخلصت أيضا إلى أن مدى علاقة تركيا مع إسرائيل تعتمد على مدى تقاطعها مع مصالحها في المنطقة، وأن تركيا ستبقي تراوح في علاقاتها مع إسرائيل والعرب على قاعدة أنها ليست حليفا للعرب ولا عدوة لإسرائيل.
