المستخلص: This study aims to review and discuss what we refer to as the Transnational Capitalist Power Elite; with focusing on its foundations and active factors. These which cover three main scales: Economically; depending on the transnational corporations (TNCs), with its power of global economic networking, considering the capitalist values and strategies. Politically; depending on the nation-state and its changing roles and jobs; how to use the nation-state «authority» to support the global interests of the capitalist power elites all over the world? And, knowledge- ideologically; with stress on the role of strategic think tanks in the global decision making. And through many assembled cases of evidence, the study tried to prove how the global capitalist elite have exercised its power complex; economic, political and knowledge/ ideology, especially during the last three decades, in order to re-structuring the globe to fit in with the requirements of current global capitalism hegemony.
