|a تحاول هذه الدراسة تحليل العوامل المؤثرة في تطور النظام السياسي في الكويت خلال الفترة من نشأتها إلى وضع الدستور فيها عام 1962. وتفترض الدراسة أن تطور النظام السياسي في الكويت خلال هذه الفترة كان متأثراً بمجموعة من العوامل الداخلية والخارجية. اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج التاريخي في استعراض الأحداث التاريخية التي مرت بعملية التطور السياسي في الكويت، وكذلك المنهج التحليلي في رصد وتحليل تأثير المتغيرات الداخلية والخارجية في تطور النظام السياسي في الكويت.\nتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن تطور النظام السياسي في الكويت كان متأثراً بجملة من المتغيرات الداخلية والخارجية على المستويين الإقليمي والدولي. وقد لعبت العوامل المتعلقة بشخصية حكام الكويت دوراً مهماً في تطور النظام السياسي في الكويت، وخصوصاً الشيخ مبارك الصباح (1896-1915)، والشيخ أحمد الجابر (1921-1950)، والشيخ عبدالله السالم (1950-1965).

|f This study attempts to analyze the factors influencing the evolution of the political system in Kuwait during the period from its inception to the establishment of the constitution there in 1962. The study assumes that the evolution of the political system in Kuwait during this period was influenced by a combination of internal and external factors. This study is based on a historical approach to reviewing historical events that have undergone the process of political evolution in Kuwait, as well as an analytical approach to monitoring and analyzing the impact of internal and external changes on the evolution of the political system in Kuwait.\nThe study found that the evolution of the political system in Kuwait was influenced by a number of internal and external changes at the regional and international levels. Factors related to the character of the rulers of Kuwait played an important role in the evolution of the political system in Kuwait, notably Sheikh Mubarak Al-Sabah (1896 — 1915), Sheikh Ahmad Al-Jaber (1921 — 1950) and Sheikh Abdullah Al-Salem (1950 — 1965).\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
