|a يعالج البحث قضية التآلف بين مكونات الأمة، وقيمتها في تحقيق السلم المدني، انطلاقا من الهدي النبوي القويم.\nوقد أبان لنا البحث الحرص النبوي الكبير، وتأصيل السنة النبوية لمبدأ التآلف بين الراعي والرعية، فقد حث عليها صلي الله عليه وسلم مرار وتكرارا، في مختلف المناسبات، كما حذر وأنذر من عواقب الإخلال به أو الخروج عنه قيد شبر. كل هذا ليقول لنا بوضوح؛ إن أمن أمتكم وسلمها، وعزها وقوتها إنما هو في تماسكها وألفتها، في وحدتها وانتظامها مع مسؤوليها، فهو الأصل الذي لا ينبغي أن نغفل عنه، أو نتساهل في شأنه، أو ننصرف عن ترسيخ الوعي به وبأهميته لدى الأمة بمختلف أطيافها.\nكما بينت السنة النبوية أن تحقيق السلم المدني في الأمة يقوم أساسا على أداء كل فرد منها واجباته اتجاه الآخرين، فالكل مسؤول؛ السلطان واجب عليه إقامة الحق والعدل، والنصح لرعيته في دينها ودنياها، مع دوام استشارة أهل العلم والاختصاص، وعدم الإقصاء والتهميش. والرعية عليها واجب الانتظام في سلك الجماعة، والمحافظة على كينونة الدولة، مع الحذر من شق صفها أو زعزعة استقرارها. وعندها تتحقق رسالة الإسلام السامية؛ فتؤدي الحقوق، ويحصل التعاون والألفة، وينحسر الشقاق والنزاع، وينعم الناس بالسلم والأمان.

|f This research explores the issue of harmony between the components of the Ummah (nation) and its value in relation to achieving civil peace, based upon the guidance of the Prophet.\nThe research showed us the great level of Prophetic care and attention to this matter and how the Prophetic Sunnah made the principle of harmony between the guardian and his flock (subjects) deep-rooted. That is because the Messenger ﷺ encouraged and repeated this day and night on various occasions, just as he warned of the consequences of breaching it or departing from it, even by the smallest amount. All of this tells us clearly, that the security and peace of your Ummah (nation) and its honor and strength, only comes from its cohesion and harmony, through its unity and its alignment with the people who are in positions of responsibility. This represents the origin which we must not be heedless of or lenient in its regard or depart from strengthening awareness concerning it and its importance amongst the Ummah with its various compositional groups.\nThe Prophet’s Sunnah also made evident that the achievement of civil peace within the Ummah is fundamentally established upon the performance of every one of its individuals and the fulfilment of his obligations towards others. Each person is therefore responsible; the one in authority must establish truth and justice and must deal sincerely with his subjects in respect to their Deen (religion) and their Dunyaa (life of the world), whilst continuously consulting the people of knowledge and specialization, without practicing exclusion and marginalization. That is whilst it is obligatory upon the subjects to be in alignment with the collective conduct and to preserve the entity of the state, and beware of splitting its ranks or disturbing its stability. Through this the lofty message of Islam is achieved as the rights are fulfilled, cooperation and harmony are brought about, division and dispute are avoided and the people enjoy a life of peace and security. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
