المستخلص: This research investigates postgraduate students' perceptions of digital library services by examining the factors influencing their usage. The literature identifies two main dimensions; service quality and service usability. The service quality dimension consists of reliability, assurance, and responsiveness. The service usability dimension consists of efficiency, satisfaction, and effectiveness. The research combined the two dimensions in one model to explore their influence on students' digital library usage. Employing an online-based survey, data were collected from postgraduate students at the International Islamic University Malaysia. The results proved that service quality and usability significantly influence the use of digital libraries among postgraduate students. The findings could assist digital libraries in evaluating the quality and usability of their services.
