Green ban king financing has become an urgent need to support . sustainable economic, environmental and tourism development and to take into account the rights, of future generations to the available natural and environmental resources. The study revealed that there is insufficient interest in the contribution of the Egyptian banking sector to environmental green financing, and the lack of effective environmental impact assessment when financing projects, which is still not included in the responsibility of the social banks to protect the environment. The study also stressed that the positive participation of banks in green banking financing and taking into account the environmental impact of financing projects will have a positive impact on the financial performance of the bank. The study also stressed that environmental responsibility has become one of the biggest challenges faced by banks in various economic, systems, countries and international and regional organizations, so that the increase in the volume of economic activity insofar as it contributes to the increase of development rates, in turn contributes directly to environmental pollution and disruption of components and elements of the system Environment.
